This beautiful vacation home was everything we hoped for and more. Close to the beach, shopping, old town and food markets. The views are magnificent and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Beautiful apt. Lots of openable windows with incredible ocean and town views. Clean and very functional. Plenty of room to spread out. Easy, short walk to town center. Grocery store 7 minute walk. We always found parking right in front of the building. We did not need ac as the apt wth open windows was a comfortable temp. Good kitchen equiptment and supplies. Owner supplied coffee capsules for nespresso for a few days. Comfortable bed. Roll down auto shades. 3 flights of stairs up to the apt was only a slight problem with luggage.

Great panoramic views of the ocean with retractable windows. Central to restaurants, shops and beach. Overall very nice stay. Could use new patio chairs for the tiny balcony and updated towels/bath mat. Otherwise very comfortable and clean. Our host Jose was responsive and helpful.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll. An manchen Stellen jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Ausblick aufs Wasser ist gewaltig. Die Ausstattung auch vollkommen ausreichend.

Beautiful views and great location. Easy walk to restaurants and beaches. Perfect place for a family of four with two young adult children.

Beautiful location and views, poor management

Apartment is perfectly located with breathtaking views, spacious and comfortable. A/c available at extra cost. But, Veronica who manages the apartment is very disorganized, does not respond to WhatsApp messages, was over 30 mins late to check us in even though we communicated multiple tiles exact arrival time. We were also put off by the fact that necessities were not provided such as extra toilet paper and garbage bags. Only 1 bag upon arrival and toll of tootles paper. We stayed for 8 nights and asked to change at least our towels once. We had to call multiple times to get her to come. She said she will be there at 5pm and did not come until 9. I had to text the owner of the apartment to call her everytime we needed something. Jose was very responsive. I would love to come back and stay at the apartment again, but the management needs to change. And just like the previous review stated, we also had ants in the apartment, asked to spray when we were out but it was never done. It’s really unfortunate that such an amazing place so poorly managed.

Nice placement and view, bad administrating

It’s a nice apartment with good view. It has all the necessities for making food and chilling in the apartment. Sadly bad communication with administration. Called 12 pm in the middle of the day to get air conditioning, but the person with the keys arrived at 01:30 am without any warning. We also got called late in the evening and got asked when we wanted checkout the next day. When we did not have checkout at all the next day. The aircondition in one of the room leaked much water as well. It was also an extreme amount of ants in the apartment.

Central with anazing view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The apartment was well appointed with everything that we needed for our stay . It is within walking distance of old town with all of its restaurants and shop. There is a mini market just 10 minute waking distance where you can purchase essentials.Free parking was always available on the street in front of the entrance to the building. Jose was an excellent host!

Stay in Albufeira

The location is fantastic if you're looking to be close to restaurants, night life, and the beach. It was very spacious for four people and nice to have a washing machine for clothes. Air conditioning is available but at an extra daily charge and has to be enabled upon request. There is construction just outside of the apartment which can make parking difficult and is quite loud at times, but the work is going fast and will probably be finished soon. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great views! Great location!

My husband and I stayed at this property and it was ideal. The location is so close to the beach, the elevator and old town shopping and fun. It was very clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. Jose was very responsive and quite helpful with tips and pointers for us. We highly recommend!

Great view!

This place had an amazing view and it was easy to navigate Albufeira. It didn’t take long to get down to the beach or the old town. There was some construction occurring in the front of the building which made it challenging for our Bolt driver to find the location but fortunately Veronica was there to help. The property has quite a few stairs so you’ll need to be aware if you’re hauling bags up for an extended stay. The apartment had all the amenities needed including a washer/dryer combo. The only thing I’m not sure if we were aware of was you had to go through the second bedroom to get to the master so there wasn’t as much privacy for the second space. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and we truly enjoyed staying there.

Awesome time in Albufeira!

This has been our second stay and we enjoyed it even more than the first time. Excellent location, beautiful views in all directions due to numerous windows. Close to everything you need. The unit matches the description and pictures in the ad. We will definitely be back again.

El apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado con unas vistas a la playa desde la salida del sol. Bien equipado, sólo hemos echado de menos un tendedor más ya que en verano se necesita. Las camas muy cómodas y en general en el exterior un ambiente familiar y tranquilo. Si se desea más acción nocturna, también la hay a pocas calles de allí. Amabilidad en el trato directo que se agradece.

Wonderful Escape

Jose's apartment was everything and more than we hoped for. The unit had all the basics needed for our week and we just had to focus on enjoying the view and the town. Access to the beach, restaurants,old town, grocieres couldn't have better . We have already recommended this spot to friends . We will book again next time we find ourselves visiting the Algarve .

The most beautiful views of Albuferia

We debated staying in either Lagos or Albuferia and am so happy we chose Jose’s place in Albuferia. The pictures don’t do this place justice and the views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom can’t be beat. It is also in a very peaceful section of town tucked far away from the stupid crazy section of the strip but just steps away from the beach and many great restaurants. We have never stayed at a Condo where the views were so amazing.

Great location with awesome view!

We stayed for just over 2 weeks. Location was great for grocery shopping, restaurants, and beach. Very walkable as long as you don’t mind stairs and hills.

Excellent location , ideal for a winter hide away
