Nice and cozy place

We had a great stay and can highly recommend the house. It could be a bit closer to the beach and especially in the kitchen it feels a bit dark. But therefore it’s nice cool in the house and it’s feel really cozy. We would definitely come again!

Really nice house as advertised. Plenty of nice towels etc.. Also the hosts (Rental Valley) were first class. Gas bottles were replaced immediately when we needed them. When we (stupidly) locked ourselves out of the house Inge at the office got straight back to us to say she would sort it and Anna, the local host, was there in less than an hour on a Sunday afternoon to let us in. Thank you!

Lovely home in Sagres

Clean, large house with 1st and 2nd level patios. A car is necessary due to the house being located in a neighborhood some distance from the ocean, town, center, etc. Communication with property management was all via vrbo. Once we provided all ID details a lockbox code was provided. No issues.

Dear Dirk, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you appreciated the unique character and spaciousness of the house. We’re sorry to hear that the cleanliness, particularly in the outdoor areas, did not fully meet your expectations. As soon as the issues were reported, our team tried to act as fast as possible to resolve them. We also offered a compensation as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope that, despite this, you were still able to enjoy your stay. Kind regards, Beatriz | Rental Valley
