Certainly in the heart of town - in a good way. Noisy until everyone goes to bed. Bring earplugs if tgat bothers you.

Presque parfait. Les autres locataires sur le même niveau étaient très bruyant, car la porte de notre appartement n’était pas très bien insonorisé. la climatiser était plus ou moins fonctionnel mais satisfaisant quand même.

Family pad right in the middle of town

There are several rooms for rent in this building. This one is a family room with one room that is set up like a standard hotel room and a connected (no door) space with two single beds. It has its own bathroom, TV, safe, small fridge, A/C. The place was squeaky clean when we arrived. We arrived later in the evening than we thought (past 9) and Elisa and her husband were very accommodating with check-in. They also let us keep bags in the building past checkout time on the day of our departure. The apartment, as its name suggests, sits right above the street, but isn't noisy. Coming down the stairs, you are right in the middle of town. Very convenient. We had a great stay! (Tips: Have cash - there's a 2 euro / person municipal tax that has to be paid in cash. There are two parts of Monterosso - this is in the south part. The two parts connect via a short walk along the waterfront. No cars allowed in town - if coming by car, make sure you're headed to the correct part of town before you start descending towards the sea (about 10 minutes before town). If you end up in the wrong part of the town, you'll have to drive all the way up the hills again and back down (15 minutes).)

Beautiful gem in Monterosso

Perfect location spot to set foot on the Cinque Terra trails. The stay was steps away from lively restaurants and charming shops. There were three rooms including the bathroom with plenty of space for my two kids. Its a must stay! Enjoy

Location, Location, Location

A beautiful location in the heart of Old Monterosso; everything you want or need is just steps away. The hosts were seamless with the entire checking and checkout process; excellent communication. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean (loved the smell of the linens and bath towels) and met all of our needs. Do not hesitate to book; you will not be disappointed.
