Welcome to my home!

Bright and tastefully furnished, this charming apartment is close to many of Porto’s top attractions!

Fitted with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, an oven, and a coffee machine.

The bedroom on the mezzanine floor features a comfy double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Bonfim is a trending area full of small stores and galleries

My home is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest train stations, Heroismo and Campo 24 de Agosto, are 10-mins away on foot.
Several buses service the area.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-mins drive from the apartment.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Modern clean and bright

We were three people staying in this property. The unit is located about 20 minutes walk from Santa Catarina Steet, and 25 min to Lello library, which was a treat to visit. The unit is renovated, spacious and has high ceilings and beutiful tall windows,a little balcony, a pull out sofa (pretty large, can sleep two) in the living room, and two showers/bathrooms. The check in process was great except that the entrance door to the unit is hard to unlock, and there were no instructions to help. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for visits to Porto. Thank you.

The place itself was wonderful. Great location and lots of space. The reason I give a low rating is because upon our arrival the oven door was completely shattered and there was glass everywhere. I immediately contacted the host and the communication was lacking. I tried to explain that I could not send photos or video evidence because VRBO doesn't allow you to share whats app or email addresses via the chat. After explaining this multiple times I was eventually ignored. A few days after we left, Guest Ready tried to pin the broken oven on us- assuming we would pay for it when it was to no fault of ours. The communication between the people at this company is clearly lacking. After being ignored by guest ready I had to send another email explaining the situation. It wasn't until a week later that they "decided" we did not cause the damage. Very frustrating overall and not handled professionally. We will be avoiding this property management company in the future.

Good size apartment. The bed needs a mattress protector. It’s not very hygienic to have just a sheet between you and the mattress. Even though i think it was a brand new mattress.The closet area had black stuff on the trim around the floor, which I took to be mold, so I wouldn’t leave clothes in there. The wood trim in the one of the bathrooms also was rotten. We realized this when the water leaked on the floor while having a shower. Good area to stay in, close to shops and restaurants, we found our way around easily.

Très bien situé, épicerie à distance de marche, métro à distance marche, patio peu utilisable (chaises et table désuet, pourrait être plus propre) , insonorisation au dessus pas efficace, 2salles de bain propres et fonctionnelles, 2 A/C fonctionnent bien, équipements de cuisine fonctionnels.

Great stay

Apartment was spacious and we loved our views . The whole suite will benefit from a bit of refreshing ie painting and better cleaning. One of shower stalls needs a minor repair as the water is leaking on the floor Still the location and size of the apartment was great
