Passed down through generations, our family has cherished this land since our great-grandparents' time when it served as an olive oil factory. This history infuses every stone and tree with a sense of legacy and tradition that we are honored to share with our guests.

Ultimately, we chose this area because we wanted to create a retreat where guests could escape the stresses of modern life and immerse themselves in the beauty and authenticity of Crete. And in Monopari, we found the perfect canvas upon which to paint that vision.
