Our apartment is located in Playa del Cura, in the municipality of Mogán, a quiet area in the south of Gran Canaria known for its warm climate, relaxed atmosphere and beautiful sea views.



With an area of 52 m², the accommodation has been renovated and is equipped to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay, ideal for unforgettable holidays as a couple, with family or friends.

Two bedrooms: one with a double bed, spacious walk-in wardrobe and small dressing table, and a second bedroom with a single bed.



A bathroom with a shower.



Bed linen, bath towels included.



One of the main attractions of the apartment is its private 22 m² terrace, with views of the sea and the mountain, equipped with sun loungers, outdoor table, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sunset or sharing a meal outdoors.

Nice apartment with beautiful view

Good apartment with plenty of space a bit further up the hill with quite some steps to get to the entrance.Beautiful terrace and view into the hillside and (a bit) towards the ocean.

Nice apartment

Had a great stay here. The apartment was clean, and has a great terrace in the sun. The bed was comfortable too.Instructions to find the property were a little unclear, but some nice locals helped me locate. Access is via some steep steps, so not suitable for those who would struggle. Unfortunately the lift was broken during my stay.

Home for guest provided great customer service in terms of responding right away to any questions I had through the Vrbo app. In terms of the property, it was perfect for what I needed, and the balcony was my favorite part as I could hear the sound of the waves at night and in the early morning in addition to stargazing and gentle breezes. Around day 2 or 3 the shower clogged up, but I notified those in charge of the property so it could be address ahead of the next guests' stay. The Internet connectivity acted up on day 2, but I reset the router and it seemed to work fine after that.

Lovely modern apartment, amazing views

Really lovely apartment, great facilities and fantastic views from the terrace. Great communication. Short walk downhill to the beach. Uphill + quite a few steps to reach the apartment - not a problem for us but good to know in advance.

Large sunny terrace great comfy apt

South facing terrace with views to the sea. Comfy bed, pillows abit too hard for my personal taste. Walk down to shops, bus stop n sandy beach with clear waters. The lift doesn’t service this apartment so the 80 steps up can be heavy going.

Great views

Great apartment all as described except for entrance and pool area which we did not use as looked very off putting and was caged. Building works were being done in apartment above loud drilling noise but appreciate these are residential so owner may not have been aware or had any control.

We had a big issue with the baby cot at our arrival. The discussion through the app was not efficient at all. They insinuate that we do not know how to use it. But the truth is that they have no idea ! The bottom was not put. We fillaly found it in a cupboard, but so dirty that we could not use it. After 24h as no help was proposed we had to make it washed by ourselves. We also mentionned that there was no towel for the dish. We have not received any anwser. So we had to buy one. So we are very disappointed of the service. In 7 years in the Canaria islands it's the first time we have so bad service !For the appartement, the foot for the sun protection is broken, the outside table is broken with some metal pieces that are dangerous for a Child, the toilet sit is partially broken, the shower attach is broken... There are clearly some investment to do.

Guter Start in Gran Canaria

Es ist eine gut gestaltete Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse an einer ruhigen Lage. Einzig für ältere Leute ist zu beachten, dass bis zur Wohnung es etwa 50 Treppenstufen hat.

Hyggelig leilighet med flott terrasse

Enkel og grei innsjekking. Rent og fint. God plass. Litt dårlig koke og stekeutstyr, dårlig stekepanne. Det holdt med glass, kopper og servise. Slitsomt med så mange trapper. Nært til butikk og restauranter. Nært til stranda. Veldig hjelpsom via WhatsApp. Godt fornøyd med oppholdet. Mvh Gunvor og Rolf

GROTENDEELS ¨POSITIEF

Het appt is goed: ruim en net als op de foto. Het keukengerei mocht wel wat meer zijn. 2 kleine kookpotten vinden we toch wat weinig. En het 'potje' om koffie te zetten is ook aan de kleine kant (voor 1 pers). Het inchecken verliep niet zo gemakkelijk. De code van de keybox werd ons de dag voor onze komst meegedeeld via whatsapp. Maar we hadden geen wifi. Gelukkig konden we rekenen op een zeer vriendelijke man die ons zijn telefoon leende. Voor de rest een fijn verblijf gehad.
