We were greeted by the owner, Pedro, upon our arrival. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He showed us around the apartment and told us about the area.The apartment had a fantastic lokation, with a beatiful view over the water. It has everything you need for two people, and the most wonderful large balcony with great furniture.Everything in the apartment works perfectly and is well maintained. It is clean, and the beds are really comfortable. We felt at home immediately.There is a small mini market right below the door.It is about 500 meters to the local bus stop; otherwise, the hotel across the street has a bus that runs daily to Puerto de Mogan and Puerto Rico.Down by the beach there are several small, cozy restaurants — Taurito Beach in particular can be recommended.We stayed in the apartment for three weeks and can only give the place and Pedro our warmest recommendations. We will definitely be coming back again.

Indeed a beautifull view from the spacious balcony/terras.The appartment is clean and has the most required appliances. When we arrived, the owner had filled the fridge with water, a bottle of wine and some beer. Also some snacks were there. The small supermarket just outside the building can supply you with the most basic groceries. We went to a supermarket in Puerto Rico if we required some more choice.For a nice evening diner, we enjoyed Puerto de Mogán but also Arguineguín.For a beautifull beach with some shops and pubs for refreshments Playa de Amadores was our favorite.Also the location of the appartment is just perfect for a trip towards the center of the island. It also takes just about a one hour drive to reach the center of Las Palmas de GC.Thank you Pedro for your hospitality.

Wonderful Stay

We spent a month at this property and truly found it great. Pedro met us on arrival and spent time explaining the area and how to get around. We had a car for the duration with on-site parking which was great. Pedro had a large gift basket for us as well. The apartment had everything we needed for an extended stay. We would gladly go back for an even longer stay given the opportunity

Eine Lage der Wohnung, die seines Gleichen sucht.

Die Wohnung war genau so, wir wir es erwartet hatten. Wir kannten sie schon von vor 30 Jahren. Die Terrasse, und damit der Ausblick sind einmalig. Natürlich ist man nicht allein in der Bucht, was man auch merkt. Das Haus selbst wird ständig gepflegt, war im gutem Zustand. Pedro ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, er hat uns zur Begrüßung Getränke und andere Kleinigkeiten breitgestellt, was er nicht hätte tun müssen. Die Wäsche war hochwertig, komplett und neu.

Excellent

The apartment met all of our expectations, it was very well equipped and spotless. A washing machine at the apartment was very useful, as we were there for six weeks. We had clean towels and bedding when the apartment was cleaned weekly. We spent many afternoons on the huge balcony overlooking the sea. Pedro, the owner, gave us lots of goodies in a basket and some things in the fridge at the start of our holiday. We found Pedro to be a really genuine person, his only wish is that you have a lovely time. Thank you Pedro for being so kind and generous. Chris & Tessa x

Bedre lejlighed findes ikke, sol fra ca kl 12 på teressen. Dejlig modtagelse og alt var iorden. Bus til Mogan og Poerto Rico lige uden for døren.

Sehr schönes Apartment

Der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist herrlich, im Dezember konnten wir jeden Abend von dort den Sonnenuntergang bewundern.

Excellent séjour

Appartement très bien situé, la vue est incroyable. C’est très agréable pour déjeuner le matin puisque nous avons une vue sur toute la vallée de Taurito. L’appartement était propre, très bien équipé (machine à laver, fer à repasser...). Le propriétaire est très sympathique et vous accueillera comme il le faut. De plus, il est très arrangeant. Je recommande fortement, très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Tolle Wohnung, jederzeit gerne wieder!

Tolle Wohnung, gute Ausstattung, Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Als Gastgeschenk gab es eine Flasche Wein, Wasser, einige Früchte und Nüsse. Aussicht super, Betten bequem, Terrasse groß, Safe vorhanden, Küchenausstattung gut, Pool ist schön, alles gepflegt und sauber. Einziges Manko: die Lautstärke durch die anderen Hotels (viele Reisebusse, Lieferfahrzeuge, Abschleppungen von Falschparkern, Wasserlieferungen, Leerung von Müll und Glascontainern, Entertainmentprogramm der anderen Hotels). Von 23 bis 6 Uhr ist allerdings weitgehend Ruhe. Ventilatoren und Klimaanlage vorhanden, Badewanne mit Dusche, alles SEHR sauber! Vielen Dank 😉

Skøn lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt.

Lejligheden er veludstyret og værtsparret er flinke og hjæpsomme med alt. Intet at klage over - rigtig god oplevelse.
