If you are looking for the ultimate experience of waking up to the sound of waves and an infinite view over the ocean, the Concorde Studio is your ideal choice. Located in an iconic building on the first beachfront line, this third-floor accommodation offers a stunning front sea view, being just 30 metres from the sand of Praia da Rocha.
Accommodation Highlights:

King Size Rest: Equipped with a luxurious King Size bed for maximum comfort.

Space and Comfort
Decorated with a practical and welcoming style, the studio maximises the natural light that enters through the balcony. The open space concept unites the sleeping area with the living area, where a sofa invites you to relax while contemplating the maritime horizon. Being on the 3rd floor allows you a unique proximity to the avenue's energy and the blue of the sea, all just a few steps away.
It is PROHIBITED the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation.
NOTE: Only 3 people are admitted (including adults, children, and babies).
A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 or over, as well as those who have proof of travel to the municipality for health reasons or disability equal to or greater than 60%.
Water and electricity consumption expenses are included within the normal parameters of a conscious usage.
Readings are taken at the entrance and exit to determine the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values, of electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:
T0: Electricity 100 kWhs and Water 4 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
