Praia da Rochaの1列目の8階にあり、海が目の前にあります。 ダブルベッド、ワードローブ、引き出し付きチェストが備わるベッドルームで構成されています。 バスルームにはバスタブとシャワー、洗面台、トイレとビデ、ヘアドライヤーを備えています。 2つのソファ（1人用のベッド付きのうちの1つ）、4人用のダイニングテーブル、ケーブルテレビ、DVD、家中無料のWIFIが備わるリビングルーム 簡易キッチン、食器洗い機、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカー用バッグ、トースター、電気ポット、スマート温水器、カトラリー、グラス、皿など 海を望む西に面した長いベランダ。日光浴を可能にする2つのサンラウンジャーと、夕方の夕方に食事を楽しむための椅子4脚付きのテーブル。 建物内にはスーパーマーケットがあり、周りにはいくつかのレストランや多様なショッピングがあります。 建物には専用駐車場もあります。

Awesome, fun beach location in the Algarve!

So close to every convenience you could want in order to maximize your time and never have to get in a car. Steps from the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve and fun bars and restaurants everywhere you looked. Ocean and sunset view. Exceeded our expectations for the price! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful two month vacation at Pedro's condo. Pedro and his wife where very friendly and helpful during our stay. Pedro when out of his way to make sure our vacation went smooth and trouble free. The condo had everything that we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was wonderful and we spent many afternoons enjoying the beauty that it had to offer. The condo is close to everything that you need and we did not require a car during our stay at Praia da Rocha. Lots of restaurants to choose from and a very good supermarket less than a five minute walk from the apartment that has everything you need. I would highly recommend renting Pedro's condo.

Beautiful Praia da Rocha, Portimao, Portugal - Thank you Pedro.

My wife and I just returned from an incredible holiday in Praia da Rocha, Portimao, Portugal. A hugh thank you to our property owner and host Pedro, a very friendly and professional gentleman who went above and beyond to insure that our stay would be an enjoyable experience. The location of our apartment was brilliant. Perfectly situated on the main boulevard with an absolutely wonderful view from our balcony which we used quite often. A very clean, well maintained property and a very comfortable bed. The property was just a few minutes walkIng distance from great beaches, restaurants, bars, grocery markets and the bus stop. No car rental required during our entire stay. We would definitely recommend this property and book it again on our return to such a beautiful part of the world. A really gem of a apartment!!

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed in this apartment of Pedro's. We found Pedro to be very accommodating, and easy to communicate with. The apartment itself has everything you need to be comfortable and happy. Pedro has decorated the apartment very tastefully, with warm earthy tones. My wife and I really enjoyed relaxing on the patio in evening as we watched the sun slow going down. The patio also has cozy sun beds to chill in during the day. The building is very private with a big front lawn and private parking lot in the back. You begin to feel a bit VIP while you are staying in the building. My wife and I will book this apartment again the next time we holiday on Praia da Rocha next year.
