Village house, roof terrace with splendid view of the Canigou. Pedestrian area.
Original and renovated with taste, this village house is situated right in the centre of this friendly Catalan village. The interior resembles a boat with walkways and nautical decor, maximising light within the open plan design (which includes the bedrooms!) From the roof-top terrace you have stunning views of the Canigou and surrounding mountains. Sleeps 4, the house is well-equipped with all modern conveniences including fast-cable wifi and television in the living room. It is divided into four floors of living space ; downstairs the entrance with dining space and the laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a sink and toilet. The 1st floor has a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and microwave oven and the living room with comfy sofas and a flat-screen television. The 2nd floor has the master bedroom with king-size bed and the bathroom with toilet. The 3rd floor has the the second bedroom surmounted by a mezzanine and access out to the roof terrace.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
Maureillas is a traditional Catalan village, 10 minutes by car from C éret. It is surrounded by forests and mountains easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. The house is in a pedestrian square, with access for cars to park and unload. The public carpark is 2 mins on foot. The village has two well established restaurants and bars, a post office, a well stocked local supermarket and a pharmacy. It is well placed just 10 minutes from the motorway which connects France and Spain. The Mediterranean coast is less than 20 minutes away by car. Ideally located, this house is easily accessed from major airports and the connecting motorways

The house is recently renovated and beautifully combines traditional decor with nautical theme, maximising light and openness. The terrace provides perfect place to relax in the evening and watch the sunset over an apero and enjoy the tastes and smells of the region.
