All windows have electric exterior blinds and insect screens, automatic climate control, manually adjustable underfloor heating, pets allowed on request (deposit and a flat fee per pet per night apply). Bathroom with opaque, floor-to-ceiling window and walk-in shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. Towels and bed linen are included. Non-smoking.

Holiday house near the beach with garden, terrace, and fireplace about 800 m from the natural beach, one of the most beautiful surfing and kite areas on the Baltic Sea. Water sports, restaurants, fish snacks and shops are nearby.

The bungalow was extensively renovated and modernized in June 2020. All furniture is new and in top condition. They live on approx.45sqm. with open kitchens, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc., dining and living area, with 2 bedrooms each 2x 90x200cm, shower room (deep floor) + toilet + washing machine. Own large, covered terrace on a total area of 960 sqm

Occupancy: 1-4 people. Dogs are allowed and will be charged additionally.

Klein Strömkendorf is located on the Baltic Bay Salzhaff, a protected part of the Wismar Bay, between the seaside resort of Rerik and the Baltic Sea island of Poel. The Hanseatic city of Wismar is 25 km from Kühlungsborn, 17 km from the property and Warnemünde is 36 km away.

Rostock is 36 km from the holiday complex and the nearest airport is Rostock-Laage Airport, which is 47 km from Bungalow Park.

Leisure time at the vacation spot:

In addition to the diverse water sports opportunities, the Mecklenburg Bay offers a variety of other sports and recreational opportunities. It is worth exploring the area on foot or by bike. The extensive range of leisure activities also offers varied vacation days, especially for families.

Beach and volleyball, rental of surf equipment (ideal surfing area) & boat rental can be booked on site at the local surf school at the campsite.

The property is located on the edge of the Baltic Sea Manor Am Salzhaff and adjoins our Bungalow Park. The bar / restaurant, events and leisure activities of the manor house can also be used for guests of our facility after registration.
