"Haus Landgang" for nature lovers, close to the beach, quiet, with a large garden

Welcome to the “Landgang” house on the Salzhaff—on the coast between Wismar and Rostock. This spacious vacation home is located about one kilometer from the beach and is surrounded by a garden and fruit trees. It’s ideal for people seeking peace and relaxation and who want to enjoy nature.

The red brick house, built in 1910, was completely renovated in 2022 and offers a total of 100 square meters of living space. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. The kitchen opens directly onto the garden. The large living and dining area features a table that seats six people. A cozy leather sofa set offers plenty of space to relax with a book or while watching TV.

Both bedrooms feature oak parquet flooring. The large bedroom has a queen-size bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm). An additional bed can be added here upon request. The smaller bedroom has two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), which can also be pushed together.

The bright bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and underfloor heating, is decorated with white marble and river pebbles.

The modern wall-mounted heating system in all rooms provides pleasant warmth and is particularly suitable for people with allergies.

The garden offers cozy spots in the hammock or on the little bench under the large weeping willow. Garden furniture and two lounge chairs provide space for dining and relaxing outdoors. There’s space for playing, sunbathing, relaxing, and barbecuing.

Special features: The entire property is fenced in, making it ideal for dogs (pets welcome—please inquire when booking). Haus Landgang can also be rented together with the adjacent Haus Seegang, accommodating a total of 8–9 people (vacation rental 5314549).

The Salzhaff, with its beautiful natural beach, is within easy walking distance. It’s ideal for both active vacationers and those looking to unwind. Numerous water sports options for beginners and advanced participants are available, such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, and SUP. Walks along the beach, far from mass tourism, let you forget the stresses of everyday life. Its location right on the Baltic Sea Coast Cycle Route is perfect for bike tours and hikes.

Numerous shopping options are available in Neubukow, 5 km away. Day trip destinations such as the Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock, the island of Poel, and the cathedral in Bad Doberan are easily accessible. The well-known seaside resorts of Heiligendamm, Kühlungsborn, and Rerik are also nearby.
