We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date.check-in takes place and key collection takes place in our offices in Portoferraio.We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

Check-in information will be sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival. If necessary you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. Key collection usually takes place at the property.
Apartment of approximately 70 sqm, consisting of a veranda-style living room, kitchenette, double bedroom, single bedroom with walk-in wardrobe (no window), and an additional very small single room adjacent to the double bedroom (also without a window). The property also includes a bathroom with shower.

- groups of guys under the age of 21 are not allowed
- pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30.00
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in: from 16.00 to 19.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
