非常に高い基準と近代的な仕様に最近改装された、村の歴史的に重要な建物。

12名様でご利用いただける380m2の総居住スペースには、スタイリッシュな娯楽スペースと伝統的なシャレーの心地よさが特徴です。

2つの部分に分割可能：1階に、2つの暖炉と石の床の見事なアーチ型の応接室があり、大きな庭園にアクセスできる大きなシャレー、大規模な集まりに最適な2つのダイニングエリア、メディア付きのマスターベッドルームフロアのメインシャレーエンターテインメントルーム、最上階のベッドルーム（6人が寝るベッドの総数）。 大きな庭と夏のバーベキューには美しいテラス、冬の太陽には多くのバルコニーがあります。

2番目の部分、下の1階には、6人まで収容できるベッド付きの広々とした2ベッドルームアパートメント、2つのバスルーム（1つの専用バスルーム）、美しいカスタムサウナ、暖炉のあるリビングルーム、オープンプランのキッチン、専用テラスと庭園へのアクセス。 空室状況によっては、シャレーのこれら2つの部分のうち1つだけを借りることができる場合があります。 関連する料金については、所有者にお問い合わせください。

村はアルプスの中でも比類のない位置にあり、心地よい起伏のある牧草地や森林に近く、モンブランエリアの最高峰の山々から日の出と日没の両方で壮大な光を浴びながら息をのむような景色を楽しみながらです。 夏と同様に冬も美しい。 秋の色も特別です。

We had a wonderful stay at Paivi’s chalet and could not recommend it more highly. The location in Chesieres is terrific, offering excellent elevated views and walkability into town. There’s a really terrific grocer and butcher less than one block away, which was a terrific amenity! As for the chalet itself, it’s really beautiful and spacious. The chalet is extremely well equipped, and we had everything we need to cook for 8 people over the course of two weeks. The beds are comfortable, the furniture is very high quality, and it generally feels like a luxury property! The historic construction and attention to detail are really special, and the feeling of the property is warm, cozy, and classically Swiss. We will absolutely return for future vacations!

Great NY break

Lovely spacious chalet, easily enough space for 2 families (9 people in all). The chalet has everything you need to have a fun time. It’s a drive to the lift but we had a great last minute break.

Chalet très agréable, très bien placé.. La boucherie/ épicerie/boulangerie à deux pas. La propriétaire est charmante .Et la dame qui nous a aidé pour le ménage (Joy) est très efficace et charmante, on vous la recommande vivement!! Nous avons eu un très beau séjour!!

Beautiful, Spacious and Well-Appointed Chalet

A beautiful, spacious and characterful chalet, extremely well set-up, appointed and maintained. Very close to the shuttle bus as well as a couple of shops and restaurants, but about a kilometer from the village centre and ski-lifts.

Skiing week in Villars

We had a terrific time at the chalet. It is spacious with mulitple rooms to relax in groups of 4 or 5. It is convenient to both the town and the mail bubble lift. It has lovely views over the valley. All the amenties in the chalet are first rate. Like being in a luxury home

Fantastic views, interior and location

The apartment was very spacious for 4 adults and 4 children with great views from the breakfast table. We had ample parking and the location could not be better. Highly recommend and we look forward to coming back next year.

Der perfekte Urlaub

Zum zweiten Mal waren wir Gäste im „Le Chalet“ und es war rundum perfekt. Auch im Sommer ist das Haus, ob der idealen Lage, die erste Wahl. Die Nähe zu allen möglichen Freizeitangeboten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist optimal und dennoch ist die Lage von „Le Chalet“ äußerst ruhig. Es ist kein Verkehrslärm zu hören. Der Blick ins Tal und auf die Bergkulisse ist auch im Sommer atemberaubend. Für die Fahrzeuge und unser Sportausrüstung war genügend Platz in der Garage, im Carport und vor dem Haus vorhanden. Die Kombination aus luxuriöser Ausstattung und Gemütlichkeit ist perfekt getroffen. So bieten beispielsweise die Terrassen ein gemütliches, lauschiges Plätzchen für ein Glas Wein beim Sonnenuntergang. Empfehlenswert ist auch die Auswahl an guten Restaurants in Chesiére. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und flexibel. Sie achten sehr auf Ihr Chalet, das sie mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet und ausgestattet haben. Mit sieben Personen ist das Haus sicher nicht voll belegt und bietet immer noch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für jeden. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen, denn „Le Chalet“ bot uns in jeder Hinsicht die optimalen Voraussetzungen für einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

A gem of a chalet!

Our family stayed for a week of skiing and relaxing and this chalet was perfect! It's not only beautiful and meticulously restored to all the details, it's also very practical and comfortable. The house was very clean and seemed brand new in its furniture and fixtures. We especially appreciated the sauna, which was used almost every day after a long day on the slopes. The skiing in Villars was also a pleasant surprise - the pistes were many and variable for all skill levels, and always in great condition. There's also some great restaurants on the slopes - try the L'Etable in the Les Chaux area. It's an interesting restaurant / stable with great food! What can I say, the week was great, and we really hope we can make it back again. I would highly recommend this chalet for anyone with appreciation for the finer things in life.

Atemberaubender Luxus in perfekter Lage

Beim ersten Blick morgens auf die fantastische Skyline des Mont Blanc Massivs wissen sie: „Allein dies war es Wert das Le Chalet zu wählen“. Das Haus hat nicht nur die perfekte Lage, es lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Zudem kann fast alles zu Fuß erreicht werden, vom Bäcker bis zum Ski-Lift. Auch Chesiére und Villars sur Ollon sind ein echter Geheimtipp. Wir waren sieben Personen und alle waren komfortabelst untergebracht. Die Gemütlichkeit und Großzügigkeit der Wohnräume, die Bäder, die Sauna, die gesamte Ausstattung und das gediegene, elegante Interieur machen das wohnen im „Le Chalet“ zu einem wundervollen Erlebnis. Nach dem Skifahren in die hauseigene Sauna zu gehen ist einfach fantastisch. Für die Fahrzeuge sind Stellplätze, Carport und Garage vorhanden. Auf den ersten Blick sieht man dem Haus den Komfort und die Größe nicht an. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit viel Charakter. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Keiner von uns hatte etwas zu bemängeln oder vermisste etwas. Das Haus ist perfekt und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. Zudem versuchen wir auch für den Sommer zu buchen. Einer der schönsten Golfplätze in den Alpen ist gerade mal 10 Minuten entfernt.

Fantastic old fully renovated chalet in Villars

We stayed there for New Year, we were 2 couples with 2 kids each (1 to 6y old), and the chalet was perfect. Beautiful view, garage, sauna, small yard in front of the chalet to make snowman with kids. Generally cosy atmosphere with newbuilt totally independent garden level floor, newbuilt extension with fireplace for friendly apperitivos, quiet reading or music listening. Huge master bedroom with walk in closet, large bathroom and TV room with wide screen on 1st floor. A car is needed, even if ski lift (1km) and center of town (2km) are very close from the chalet. Owners very friendly and responsive. Wifi available. I would strongly recommend the place for a one or two families with kids ! Not a sleek 5 stars hotel or chalet as you could find in more flashy ski resorts, but a very authentic chalet.

Perfect family villa!

We stayed at this fabulous chalet in the early summer and loved every minute of our visit. The building itself has a charmingly mellow feel and the owners have furnished it accordingly: it is stylish and comfortable. As the main living, kitchen and dining area are more or less open-plan, we all hung out there after a day’s hiking. There is enough space for the kids to play, the adults to have the first drink of the day and the cook doesn’t feel cut off from the fun. After dinner we all migrated to reception room and enjoyed the open fire. We took lots of great hikes and found good places to eat. The owners had been kind enough to give us some tips, but we discovered some good eateries on our own. My favourite things: the view from the master bedroom on a clear morning over to Le Grand Muveran is amazing — getting up has never been so easy. Also, the sitting out on one of the carved wood balconies with my feet up reading a book in the afternoon sun was a perfect way to pass an hour or two.

A top class villa - fantastic!

This is a fantastic villa with everything you could hope for to make your stay perfect. Tastefully decorated inside and conveniently located in Villars we spent a wonderful two weeks with our 5 kids - there was ample room for all of us, plus a few guests who visited during our stay. The property is very well maintained and the owners were very responsive to all of our queries, as well as being helpful in recommending what to do locally. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and are looking forward to coming back soon. Also planning to come in winter and take advantage of the great ski access.

Stunning chalet in beautiful mountain village

We, a group of six grown-ups and four children, enjoyed a wonderful week in this stunningly restored and re-furbished chalet. The drive from Geneva airport to Villars was - with a bit of over an hour - comfortably short, with some beautiful views along the way! The chalet provides a perfect mix of modern and antique, practical and cosy. The layout allowed all of us three families to either have some private time (with bedrooms on different floors and either a kitchen or a living room on each floor as well) or to enjoy some fun evenings in the spacious and beautifully furnished living room. We have fond memories of our dinners in the chalet - the more formal dining room was perfect for the grown-ups, and our children loved sitting on the long kitchen table in the cosy dining room coming straight off the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious enough to allow more than one cook, and the seating area off the hallway, between dining room and kitchen became our favourite spot to have pre dinner drinks whilst sinking into the very comfortable armchairs and sofa. Our children, four boys, all keen footballers, very much appreciated the big garden to play and kick a ball and the nearby playground. We went on a number of walks up the mountains, along a little stream and through the forest and thoroughly enjoyed the Villars atmosphere and nature. Our boys also played tennis every day in a nearby tennis centre, and we found very good restaurants and cafes for lunches, dining or a good piece of cake and a coffee. We all found the people in Villars to be very helpful and friendly - despite being a quite famous skiing area this is not a snobby, but indeed a very welcoming village with a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. We would definitely go back there again if time allows. And our son actually went one step further and asked us on the last day: "Can't we just buy the chalet?"

The chalet is a real original chalet with charming carvings throughout and inscriptions commemorating the Great War in 1916.

Villars is an enlightened mountain resort which has always been open to international visitors and hosts several long established high end international boarding schools ensuring that there is activity in the village in all seasons.

Its general sunny aspect and the array of views - from the chain of mountains to the east bathed in pink sunsets from the last rays of the setting sun - to the Argentiere - Trient peaks of the Mont Blanc area, due South - to the Dents du Midi - takes some beating.

The Chalet was sensitively renovated and furnished as a family home in 2010. It was designed for all year round occupation and has a range of spaces for gathering together or for relaxing in privacy. It is constructed out of wood (rather than being made of concrete clad with wood panels). For sauna connoisseurs, there is an original Finnish sauna, commissioned by the Finnish owner. Baker, grocer, butcher and ski hire shop are 2 minutes away.
