PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Malu is a private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche in Massa Fermana, a small town between the Sibillini mountains and the ancient borgo of Mogliano, in the province of Fermo. Perfect to experience the peace and authentic flavors of this region, the structure was built with respect for the environment and guarantees guests the highest functionality and comfort. The many country paths are ideal for long walks or mountain bike rides, while nearest beaches can be reached within approximately 35 km drive. The property has an equipped space for outdoor dining, a swimming pool with stepped entrance and a solarium, the perfect refuge on summer days. The property is entirely fenced.

The villa is set on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large open space with kitchen, dining table and relaxation area with ornamental fireplace, small closet and toilet with laundry area. A staircase leads to the upper floor consisting of two double bedrooms, a quadruple bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available in the three bedrooms. The villa allows max. 2 pets. The road to reach the villa has been recently paved and the last unpaved stretch has been stabilized with gravel mix, making the route more pleasant.

Peace and beauty

A very peacful place with stunning views and a nice house. Small roads lead up to the house and a car is a must to be able to go anywhere, which is not a problem. The host Luigi was very nice and welcoming. Definitely worth it ????????????

Amazing experience in Villa Malu!

If you are looking for a place to get away from the routine, this villa is the ideal choice. The private pool is stunning, the outdoor area offers perfect relaxation spots to enjoy nature surrounded by beautiful olive groves. The villa is clean and well cared for, the interiors are functional, and nothing is really missing for a perfect stay. The accommodation itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The hosts were extremely friendly and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. The house has a beautiful outdoor area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for grilling and a large pool. The location is a bit remote, so having a car is definitely necessary. The accommodation itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only the fridge should be changed into a bigger one considering the size of the house and the number of guests. The air conditioning costs additional.

Beautiful home to enjoy some peace and quiet

Luigi and Maya have built a beautiful house, are incredibly hospitable, readily available for questions and give great suggestions for things to do in the area. Yes, you drive on a dirt road to the house, but the road is perfectly doable (especially if you drive slowly). The house is fully equipped (matches the pictures), the beds were nice, the large fenced garden was a delight for our dogs, not to mention the beautiful view! We enjoyed a wonderful week, so this accommodation is definitely worth it if you want to slow down and enjoy some peace and quiet!

Beautiful location

Beautiful, secluded location. We were met by the host very late at night, and shown how to get to the place which was up some very steep, windy, dirt roads and would have been tricky to find on our own. We had some difficulty working the AC, and were charged extra for it, we were not made aware of the restrictions in Italy around using AC prior to our trip. Definitely would suggest getting the host to demonstrate how to set up the AC on arrival.

The house is located in a secluded location immersed in the nature and the access road is a countryroad, as common for most private locations in the hills. We always provide driving instructions and are available for assistance while driving to the property in case of doubts. About the use of AC (optional service at extra charge as described), it is correct that by law in Italy there are restrictions for temperatures both during summer and winter to face global warming and pollution (average temperature not lower than 24 degrees in summer and 22 degrees in winter). However, according to the owner's explanation, in your case there was an error in using the appliance by setting the system as heating and not cooling. The agency and owner are always available throughout the stay in case of doubts, so we truly hope to have another chance for you to experience a stay at one of our properties. Overall, we had a very good experience!

Overall, we had a very good experience. Like many others said in the reviews already, the place is very hard to get to IF you don’t know the correct road. We were told the correct road we need to use by Maja after we first arrived. The roads up there are still challenging sometimes and should be driven on with caution. The house is very warm and comfortable. It has a great kitchen, a big living room and two clean bathrooms (even with a washing machine). The outside area is great too with an amazing pool, a big table to have dinner at, and many beach chairs to sun bathe. One thing we didn’t enjoy: One of the bedrooms has 4 very small beds + a baby bed. The beds are not really suitable for adults which should be mentioned in the offer. Maja was always very communicative and helped us when needed. The agency booked restaurant tables for us since we don’t speak Italian an made recommendations where to go. All in all, we had a very nice week in Massa Fermana.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus und sehr nette Eigentümerin. Wir waren absolut zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Zusätzlich zu den Kosten, die bei der Buchung auf Airbnb als Gesamtbetrag angegeben werden, ist vor Ort eine Reinigungsgebühr zu bezahlen. Das ist zwar in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung erwähnt, aus unserer Sicht jedoch etwas versteckt (Stand 10.10.2025).

Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze di Pasqua presso Villa Malu e non vediamo l’ora di avere la possibilità di ritornarci presto. Perfetta per rilassarsi e divertirsi con amici e famiglia. La villa è spaziosa, pulita e ben arredata, con tutti i comfort di cui avevamo bisogno. La posizione è ideale, vicino ai monti Sibillini e l’antico borgo di Mogliano. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante e di qualità. Un grazie speciale va fatto anche all’agenzia DH Villas che ci ha assistito con grande professionalità e costanza dall’inizio alla fine della nostra esperienza.

Piacevole soggiorno

Eravamo ospiti nel periodo di capodanno ed è stata un'esperienza solo positiva. Una zona leggermente difficile da raggiungere, uso di una macchina adeguata a strade non asfaltate è consigliato. Maja è stata molto gentile e disponibile, durante i giorni la casa era riscaldata e molto accogliente.
