Host without the most

The host is supposed to get a hold of the person vacationing two days prior to check-in with details. This host never contacted me. I contacted her the night of an hour and a half after check it only to learn that the unit was not ready and had to be put off For the first night the host offered a Venmo transaction reimbursement and that was about all. I asked for a late check out. The host asked me to leave a half an hour earlier than listed on the website if you were looking for hospitality steer clear of this place.

Yearly visit

You can’t beat the location of this condo! We love it here. We used our own sign in for the TV WHICH wasn’t on much anyway. We reached out to the PM for the few issues we had. Unfortunately there was no response. Still love it here.

Location is great key code didn’t always work cleaner didn’t do a good job I had to clean every thing when we got there lights didn’t work or burned out spoke to the managers husband to let him know but didn’t come to fix or show us how to put the kitchen lights on. I would go again but next time be aware of cleaning and light situation . We left it cleaner than we got it

Beautiful property horribly taken care of. Impossible host….. they just don’t care

The property is beautifully located. The basic furniture is very nice.. however… they were Cheerios on the floor.. along with dirt.. the vacuum cleaners never been cleaned.. the Dustbuster was broken.. it’s very difficult to turn on the TV.. it’s difficult to do that heat setting.. there was food in the microwave in the oven… I had to clean all the windows.. there is pigeon poop all over the deck… just to name a few and I have pictures.. and the owner did not care.. I cleaned for four days.. I called Verbo maybe 50 times.. what a nightmare… they have no authority.. you’re at the mercy of the property owners… they gave me $75 back. That doesn’t cover my four days of cleaning this property… and it’s sparkled when I left.. shame on the host… this place was not professionally cleaned, and my parents had a rental property.. my father would’ve been ashamed of the way this place was left.. but he came from the greatest generation.. not the lazy ones that followed in my humble opinion.

Issues

There is a pigeon nesting over the light on the porch. Thus the porch and railing has to be cleaned every morning. Also, the TV access is too conplicated.

Super clean, great beach access

The whole process of renting from this owner was quick and easy. Check-in was a breeze too. The unit was spotless!! My husband and I stayed a week there with our two boys (both under 10). The location, directly across from the beach, makes beach days with the kiddos easy. However, this building is in the middle of the strip so it was loud. We had the boys on an air mattress in the living room and there were a few nights that the traffic/cars’ music and people kept the kids up or woke them up. That was a downside for sure. My only other con for this rental was the mattress in the bedroom. It was horrible! It felt like sleeping on a brick slab. We had brought a mattress topper, but it didn’t help. After a few nights of torture I caved and bought a 3inch topper at Walmart. It made the bed tolerable. For the money spent the mattress should be better. Overall it was a good stay though. Our family has a good time.

Convenient

What can you say about a condo right on the beach. Place was clean and neat. Drip and Keurig coffee pots. Although we didn’t cook, plenty of pots, pans dishes etc. if I had one issue it was the bed. I like a softer mattress.

Great location and rental unit.

We received all necessary info to park and get into the unit. Nice building that is ocean front with both stairs and an elevator. I’d say even a few more amenities than are in the listing. Nice balcony facing the ocean. A busy part of the boardwalk, so noisy all day and evening, yet the unit stays quiet and the bedroom very quiet, as it is the back. A full kitchen, though we didn’t cook. Reasonably comfortable bed and other furniture. Perfect location. We loved our stay, and may well book again in the future !

In General it was vwry good But???????

We have Stay here a few times before But we had problems with your security CODES getting in and out. they didn't work we try to use the code 1945 but it was 1946 . U sent me a letter with someone name and info on it Bingo it work . W e had a very Hard time working the TV We are both Handy cap A question that should have been Address ? But Was not We did enjoy the comfort of your Apartment Thank You

We have stayed at these properties for several years now and you can't beat the high quality finishes and beautiful views. Checking in & out was so easy as well. We look forward to our week at Hampton Beach every year!

From the moment we arrived, we absolutely loved this rental. The location was perfect, the ocean views were incredible and the condo unit itself was even more than we expected. My wife and I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for the real Hampton Beach experience.

We enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect for what we wanted, and the view is great. Accommodations generally comfortable and as advertised. The bed was too hard and much too high off the floor for anyone with any orthopedic issues. The only other thing I would mention is the a/c. Because it was turned off when we arrived it took about a day to catch up.
