Perfect, quiet location to walk to everything you need, all while being out of the center of the the congestion. Very warm and welcoming. Wewill definitely be back.

Great location, across the road from the beach. Small, no kitchen (just a microwave, a mini-fridge and a Kuerig coffee maker- like a hotel room.) One Queen bed and a pull out trundle bed. Easy parking and a cozy neighborhood feeling. I liked that it was on ground level. Overall a fun place to stay.

It was very easy to find the location. Easy to get into the unit. Beds were great! Shower pressure and temperature was great. The closeness of the beach was very appreciated!

Perfect spot, Awesome host

Second time we stayed here. Location is unbeatable. Room is comfortable and has what you need for great beach stay. Host is responsive and really seems to care about guests and tries to make sure everything is right.

Beach vacation getaway

Cozy, relaxing and so close to the beach…We loved the location of this property-2-minutes to the beach, and 5-10minutes from the busy restaurants, shops and nightlife. We enjoyed the amenities.

Hampton Beach Stay

The location is absolutely perfect for someone that just needs the basics while enjoying the beach & the excitement the "boardwalk" atmosphere. Never having been to the area before, it was a bit busy for us, although on the quieter end of the beach as explained by the owner, Shawn- Who,was extremely helpful with any questions or recommendations I asked of him.

Cute Beach Condo

The location was great! Super close to Hampton Beach and the boardwalk. The host was great and kindly came out late at night to let us in after we accidentally locked ourselves out! Would definitely go again. :)

Perfect little spot

This spot is perfect for a couple or 2 friends staying on the beach. It is not a fancy place, but it was comfortable and clean. It was close enough to everything Hampton beach has to offer as long as you don’t mind walking. Shawn was very nice and helpful and very responsive. I will be keeping this spot in mind for my next Hampton beach trip!

Perfect quiet location

If you're looking for the perfect location away from the tourist trap hustle & bustle, this is it. Nice short walk to the beach and your own reserved off-street parking. Quiet, quiet and quiet. Nice little welcome package by the hosts. Would highly recommend to friends, family and strangers alike.
