In Hejlsminde you will find this 79 m2 spacious and cozy cottage with three bedrooms and a spacious annex. The cottage is equipped with heat pump and wood stove. Also do not forget that on a hot summer day you can use the heat pump as air conditioning. In the house there is also a smart TV. There are good opportunities for outdoor life with a large and south-facing terrace area and a large lawn with plenty of space for play etc. On the terrace, the coziness is ensured with e.g. a lounge set and several sets of garden furniture. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
