Villa Pennlee is a detached residence set in its own gardens located in the Los Pocillos area of Puerto del Carmen, the Islands main resort. Quiet and peaceful, yet only a short stroll to the many shops and excellent restaurants, and in close proximity to the large sandy beaches as well as several smaller less busy coves. Several excursions are easily available, a trip to the huge bustling Sunday Market in the old town of Teguise is not to be missed. The Villa is on a small complex and benefits from Wi-Fi and UK TV and a shared swimming pool which has steps at one end giving allowing easy access to and from the water with a large shallow area ideal for our younger visitors. Leading from the air conditioned living room is a large patio furnished with table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Wifi, Uk television and use of the bbq are all provided free of charge. Air conditioning is also provided free of charge, all we ask is that the air conditioning is only used when required and turned off when the property is empty (e.g.: if you are out during the day or evening). Hire of cots and highchairs can be arranged for you if necessary through our property manager. The villa is best suited to mature couples. Families and children are also most welcome however as the villa is in a quiet residential area children must be supervised at all times.
