The stunning private swimming pool, measuring 6 x 12 meters, is available from 4 May to 30 September and promises refreshing dips under the Tuscan sun. The outdoor area, beautifully furnished for al fresco dining, features a barbecue for delightful meals with family and friends.

Constructed with traditional stone, the farmhouse retains its rural allure, boasting terracotta flooring and partially exposed wooden beams. The interiors are furnished in a rustic style, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere ideal for a relaxing week away.

The accommodation spans 250 square meters across two levels:

Ground Floor
• Living Room: Cozy space with a double sofa bed, an open fireplace, and satellite TV.
• Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom provide comfortable sleeping arrangements.
• Kitchen: Equipped with four hotplates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer.
• Bathrooms: One bathroom with a bathtub, shower, bidet, and WC; another with a shower, bidet, and WC.

Lower Ground Floor (Access via External Staircase)
• Living Room: Another inviting space open fireplace, and satellite TV.
• Bedrooms: One double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
• Kitchenette: Similar amenities as the ground floor.
• Bathrooms: One bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and WC; another with a shower, bidet, and WC.

Extra sleeps: 2, in sofa bed or folding bed.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden where guests can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the rolling countryside and relax in the tranquillity of nature. Reserved parking by the house ensures convenience for all visitors.

Rental pricing is based on the number of guests. There's a fixed rate for up to 10 people. For up to 2 additional guests, the extra charge is automatically calculated.
