We are delighted to host you in the lake house that. A beautiful spacious cosy modern 3 bedroom house situated in a peaceful location, minute walk to Goldsworth park lake. A lake perfect for jogging, spotting wildlife, or just relaxing. The lake house is all you need for a perfect getaway for long and short stay. It has all the amenities you would require to make your stay a comfortable and relaxing one.

The whole house has been designed to feel warm and comfortable to give our guests a wonderful experience.

Small garden with a patio area perfect for a morning coffee or drinks.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a LG washer dryer, Bosch cooker, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge freezer, cutlery, crockery, and utensils.

BEDROOM ONE
Bedroom includes a King size bed with comfortable memory form and pocket spring mattress, ample wardrobe space, and views to the garden, room also has USB socket.

Bedroom includes a double bed with a comfortable mattress, a wardrobe, curtains and a side table, room also has USB socket.

BEDROOM THREE
Bedroom includes a single bed, side table, lamp,wardrobe, USB socket.

PARKING
You can park one car in front of the house, if there is more than one car, you can park on other available space.

ACCESS TO THE LAKE
The Lake is a minutes walk
from the house you turn left & you see a small footpath which will lead you to the lake.

TO SHOPPING
Seven minutes walk to shopping
Out of the house turn left, follow a foot path to the Lake carry on walking round the lake will bring you to shop: Waitrose, Costa Coffee, Boots, a Post Office, Newsagent.

WOKING TOWN CENTRE 3 MILES
Woking town has a large selection of shops (The Peacock Centre)
bars, restaurants and nightlife. (Theatre/Cinema).

Weekend break

The property was mis advertised it was advertised as a Lake side house but the lake is some distance from the property at the back of neighbouring houses. The property was advertised as having a hot tub yet it doesn't exist. Checked with property owner who denied having advertised a hot tub and took off the advert from the listing as was advertised before. What attracted us more to the property was the hot rub.

Our VRBO was fine and had everything it said it would. We took the train from Woking into London for two days and enjoyed the last of our vacation.

A beautifully presented property, with comfortable beds and great facilities. It has everything you nedd. A lovely place to just relax and unwind, or to use as a base to explore the surrounding areas. The nearby lake is lovely for a walk, and shops, chemist and a petrol station are close by. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable, has all the amenities one would need. Very comfortable bed, caught up with lots of sleep. Would highly recommend to others.

We had a nice stay in the Lake House. We used it as a base to visit London. The train connection is just fine. The city Woking over’s everything you need. For us was the main reson to outside London to have some peace after visiting London. And the Lake House overs you that peace…

We stayed at the property for 7 nights and found it very comfortable and well stocked with a starter kit, tea coffee etc. Very welcome when you have just flown in from overseas. We liked the very pleasant walk around the lake and the lakeside cafe which served very good coffee and snacks. The Lake house was close to a very well stocked Waitrose supermarket and a short drive to RHS Wisley which is worth a visit.

Far from a luxury house

This was advertised as a luxury house and is far from luxury. The beds were uncomfortable The floor board creaked, The overall standard of the property was not what not to the standard expected from the description given. Also Bedroom 3 is advertised as a twin room but is actually a tiny single. We were charged for 4 adults but the house did not accommodate for this which caused us a problem.

Woking Lake House

I went for R&R and this setting more than fulfilled my desires. Charming flat in very quiet pretty neighborhood short walk to lake and park, then to little shopping area for community. I loved the walkability of Woking itself. Great malls not too far away and prices were great for everything. Not far from London (30 min by uber) or other attractions. I would definitely stay again, but will try other parts of England to explore.

Long weekend at the Lake House

My son and I spent a lovely weekend at the Lake House. We were spending some long awaited quality time together and the surroundings were beautiful for walking and talking . The house is lovely and the owners very helpful and attentive . I recommend this property as a great place to visit.

Comfortable bolt hole over Christmas

The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The beds were really comfortable. One word of warning is that the single bed in the small room was too small for my 6ft son. We loved the location in terms of proximity to Woking and Waitrose for food. Kitchen was well equipped and we even cooked a meal for my parents on the second night.We had everything we needed and will stay again when next in Woking. Ray was a wonderful host.

Clean and Perfect Location

The property was excellent! Close to a lake with a great walk and park for children. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. The property was clean and had everything needed. Easy communication with the owners and quick replies.

Very clean and comfortable, good location near

This house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The beds and pillows are high quality. There is plenty of room for a family of 4. The lake is nearby for a walk. You are only about 8 minutes from the shopping centers in Woking. Communication with the owner was easy. The owner responded in minutes to my questions and were very accommodating. Overall, an excellent stay.

Tranquility at its finest

A child in my care who has learning disabilities stayed at this beautiful house by the lake with his support staff and enjoyed themselves no end. The child normally struggled sleeping but in such a peaceful setting found no trouble and enjoyed trawling the stunning scenery surrounding the home. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a break from the rigors of every day life. Thank you to hosts for all of their help

A lovely stay in a good central location

A really lovely stay! Very clean house and excellent location, near several supermarkets, not far from Woking town (10 minutes) and nearby Guildford (20 minutes) Also only approx 30 minutes from Thorpe Park/Chessington Less than a minute walk and you have the lake too which was lovely and very peaceful. We really couldn’t have stayed at a better location. Also to add, excellent communication with owner, really helpful. Check in was nice and straightforward. We loved all the additional touches (such as the tea, biscuits and lovely toiletries) The most comfortable beds too! We all slept SO well. I hope we can stay with you again soon. x
