A polite reminder that Parties or any kind of large gatherings are not allowed at the Property.
If party or large gathering takes place then you will be breach of the conditions set out in the contract of your stay and will be asked to leave the property and no refund will be given.
Quiet hours 22:00 until 08:00.
NITROUS OXIDE - LAUGHING GAS not permitted in the property.
No drugs.
Age over 25 booking only
No more guests is allowed as booking. If booking is for 4 guests only 4 persons is allowed to be at the property either day or night time.
Visitors are allowed as agreed and informed the host.
No cars is allowed in and off driveway after 10pm.
No candles allowed.
No walking with shoes on the carpet.
No high hills on wooden floor.
No food to be carried to bedrooms (on the carpet).
Not to burn the house.
If you think you are unable to abide by these conditions please do not book (cancel the booking) and your money will be fully refunded.
A great property, location and base for exploring local or even London sights
My only concern was the lack of reviews for the accommodation (which I will rectify now!)
Upon check in (which was via a key safe) it was obvious that the property has been recently upgraded to a high standard, hence the lack of reviews.
The photos are 100% genuine. The hot tub in the summer house was an added bonus and welcome after a long day out (dressing gowns were provided for all guests)
The house is situated on a quiet street,
close to a nearby lake and canal.
Addlestone train station is within walking distance as are all the local shops and takeaway establishments.
Anna our host replied almost immediately to any inquiries and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She even accommodated our request for an early check in and later check out.
Brooklands race track museum (& Concorde) is just a few miles drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone wanting a comfortable location to explore London and the surrounding areas

Love the idea of detached house with own parking area, walking distance to train station, shops and very unique in the way to be close to the wild nature. Water pond, canal, great footpath, water attractions etc.
