Villa MAGNOLIA is a beautiful holiday villa with a private pool just a few metres from the well-known Crystal Beach in Pino Alto, the most exclusive area of Miami Playa. It has 4 bedrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, a garden with a barbecue area and parking for 2 cars, wi-fi. All on a single floor.

Villa Magnolia has been completely renovated in 2021. It is a very comfortable and cosy house on a single floor right by Crystal Beach, in the most prestigious area of Miami Playa - Pino Alto. It is perfect for accommodating 8 people, as it has an open living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen; 4 double bedrooms in total distributed as follows: 2 suites with 200x200 double beds, with air conditioning and fan in each bedroom, bathrooms with shower; 2 other rooms with air conditioning: 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 and another with a 150x200 bed; 1 bathroom for these 2 rooms with shower.



From the sitting room there is access to the pool and barbecue area. The garden is very welcoming, intimate and discreet. Villa Magnolia also has parking for 2 cars and wi-fi included in the price.



The famous beach - Playa Cristal, is located less than 5 minutes walking. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful seafront promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with many excellent restaurants and bars.

It is mandatory to pay the tourist tax and final cleaning.

As it is a family tourism area, bookings are not accepted for groups of young people.

No noise can be made from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

La casa es perfecta, amplia y cómoda a un paso de la playa y con servicios muy cerca, bares restaurantes, supermercado, centro de salud Falta algo de vajilla y puerta pricipal de la casa estaba un poco descuadrada y no cerraba bien, pero se lo comenté a Elvira y seguro que lo arreglarán

Haus ist sehr geräumig für 6 Personen okay aber für mehr wird es zu eng,Küche und Kühlschrank sind modern und gut. Außenbereich ist etwas zu klein, der Pool auch aber schön. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten zu laufen. Wir waren Ende Mai bis Anfang Juni da ist noch nichts los, auto sollte man auf jedenfall haben.

Formidable séjour à magnolia villa

Notre séjour c’est très bien déroulé à la villa. Elle est très près de la plage ce qui est très agréable pour des balades à pied avec nos ados. Le parfait mélange entre la plage et la piscine de la villa. Beau resto et bar tout près. Bien équipé, nous avons profité du BBQ. Par contre au prix de cette villa, des meubles de jardin extérieur (autres que les chaises longues) serait apprécié dans le coin BBQ pour prendre l’apéro.

La atención por parte de Arendacosta dorada inmejorable. En cuanto les llamabamos, venían a resolver los problemas. Un 10. En cuanto a la casa, instalaría un pasamanos en las escaleras exteriores para subir y bajar con seguridad las personas mayores.
