Luxurious villa of 300 m2 that can accommodate up to 8 people.
Master suite with dressing room and private bathroom with Italian shower and double sink.
Two double bedrooms with shared bathroom with Italian shower.
All rooms are equipped with TVs and have a balcony with chairs facing the ocean.
Large living room with sofa bed, comfortable armchairs and large screen TV.
Open dining room with large table for 8 people, wine cellar.
Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.
Terrace with infinity pool on the ocean, garden furniture, deckchairs and towels.
Outdoor dining area with large table for 8 people and gas grill/barbecue/plancha.
All rooms have full ocean views and are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning/heating.
Accessibility to all rooms and levels by elevator.
High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house and outside. Safe deposit box.

A security deposit of 1'000€ is required and will be returned to you at the end of the rental period.

We loved everything about the villa and it's wonderful ocean views.

The amazing views outside and from every room. The responsiveness and helpfulness of the owner and her family. The villa was very spacious and very well equipped and the lift was a bonus. With a party of five people, it would have been good to have a couple of keys. I'm sure if we'd have asked for a second set you would have provided them. Thank you for helping to make our holiday in Madeira special.

Contact with host (Karine) even weeks before Arriving and also during the stay were quick, friendly and helpfull.Host is living next door, gives you privacy but also comfort and service when needed.The villa itself is great, with 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms share a separate bathroom and balcony. The master bedroom has a dresser an ensuite bathroom and own balcony. Living room is spacious with a large kitchen and dining area.Also outside is a dining area with gas barbecue.Infinity pool is large and has an incredible view.Top tier accomodation

Beautiful Madeira

Wonderful place with beautiful views. The owner was next door and very responsive and friendly. They provided us the opportunity to use a car for free. Beach is a little bit far and need to drive. We had absolutely no problem with the house except AC was not always functioning. Nevertheless, the property and the owner’s responsiveness made up for this slight shortcoming. I highly recommend this beautiful property.

We loved everything about the villa, especially the ocean view. The villa was spacious with good equipment, including a lift. It had a real 'wow' factor and made our holiday special. The minor problems we had with the facilities were dealt with immediately by the owners, who lived next door, were very helpful and unobtrusive.

Wunderschöne Villa an top Lage

Die Villa ist perfekt gelegen an der Südküste von Madeira. Das hat den grossen Vorteil, dass es nur sehr wenig Winded. Die Villa befindet sich an perfekter Lage zur Erkundung der Insel. Man ist in allen Ecken der Insel in unter einer Stunde. Die Villa selber ist top! Sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet, gut ausgestatet mit wunderschönem Infinity Pool und unendlichem Blick auf den Atlantik, eingebetet in Bananenbäume. Die Eigentümer wohnen direkt nebenan, was die Kommunikation schnell und unkompliziert macht. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt, zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder die Villa Sonho do Oceano buchen.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Söhnen 6 und 9 Jahre für 10 Tage in der Unterkunft. Das gesamte Haus war in einem hervorragenden, neuwertigen und sehr gepflegtem Zustand.

Un excellent accueil ! Une maison conforme aux promesses de l annonce Les propriétaires aux petits soins pour nous faciliter le séjour car nous avions un bébé ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille .

Beautiful Place, but Noise Dock

Beautiful house. Beautiful pool. Very much as advertised. Only negatives - 1. the changing of the tides caused a "clanging" noise to emanate from the nearby dock which wasn't bad during the day but got to be a little annoying at night 2. Couldn't figure out air conditioning so be sure to ask for instructions when checking in. Well worth the money. Enjoy!
