We are also minutes away from Exmouth's bustling Marina, with its fishing boats and water taxis to Starcross and Dawlish. A few more steps and you are on Exmouths stunning seafront with its 2 miles of glorious sandy beaches. We are also just a short walk away from town centre and the railway/bus stations
The space
The apartment has a bright sunny, south facing lounge, with floor to ceiling patio windows, with stunning views of the Exe estuary, there are 2 double sofa beds, a dinning table with 4 chairs, you will have free wifi, a TV with netflix, an Alexa.
The kitchen is fully equiped with cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave, breakfast cearals ect.
The bedroom has a 4' 6in double bed.
The bathroom has an amazing hydro massage shower with a relaxing Jacuzzi Bath.
There is ample storage within the apartment for clothes ect.
The apartment has private off street parking.
