The property is on several floors. On the ground floor there is the living room with a large window facing the garden, ornamental fireplace (which cannot be used), satellite TV and direct outdoor access, the dining room, a portico with table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts, the kitchen and one small bathroom. There is a staircase leading to the first floor, with two double bedrooms (both with access to the balcony), one of which has a bathroom with shower, one bathroom with shower accessible from the corridor, one bedroom with two beds with bathroom with shower.
