Art and spa surrounded by nature - Heated Pool

The house is an old eighteenth-century farmhouse owned by our family for about 150 years, renovated with the desire to maintain as much of the original features as possible. It is located on the first hills of Valdinievole and enjoys a superb view over the entire valley. In a strategic position to visit all of Tuscany: Montecatini Terme is just a few minutes away, Lucca and Pistoia can be reached in less than half an hour, Florence, Pisa, Chianti and Versilia less than an hour.
The building is divided into two independent living units: one of about 120 square meters where you guests will stay and one where we live.
The outdoor area consists of a garden of about 2000 square meters, a 9x5 m swimming pool and an olive grove with more than 500 olive trees that you will share with me and my family.
From March 15 to June 15 and from September 15 to November 15 the pool is heated to about 27°C (about 80°F); a clarification following questions received from our guests: in case of rain the heating system cannot maintain the set temperature.

The interiors are furnished with furniture owned by my family for generations and in 2023 we completed important renovations that made the entire building earthquake-proof, ecological and sustainable.

We are discreet owners and available to guests' requests: we started renting out the house to share the beauty of our land with travelers from all over the world. If you need directions, advice, tricks or anything else to make your vacation the best possible, we are here for that. My wife and I are Industrial Engineers and in our free time, in addition to traveling, we love the mountains in all their expressions: trekking, climbing, winter and summer mountaineering. In recent years I have also become passionate about mountain biking and I will be happy to show you all the most beautiful itineraries starting directly from home.
