Villa Caraitria by Pugliadamare

The villa is located in the Itria Valley. It includes three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a large living room overlooking the pool. The apartment is equipped with every comfort for a relaxing holiday, centralised air conditioning, kitchen and an outdoor wood-fired oven with the possibility of organising culinary evenings upon request, large outdoor TV with Dolby surround system. There is an equipped area for gym and entertainment with treadmill, exercise bike and football/table football table.

Guests have exclusive access to every area. The large saltwater pool is open from May to October.

From 1 October to 30 April, a heating supplement of € 15 per day is expected.

The village of Martina Franca, where the villa is located, is very characteristic and fascinating.

I recommend guests to move by car.

I like to recommend typical and unique experiences to guests.

Inoubliable

Une maison originale, bien conçue et bien équipée. Un accueil exceptionnel de Franco, Claudia, Luca et leur famille. Tout en étant très discrets ils sont aux petits soins pour vous et si vous le souhaitez vous pourrez profiter d'une soirée pizza mémorable et de bien d'autres attentions. Nous avons passé grâce à eux un excellent séjour dans cette belle région. A recommander sans réserve.

Sommerferien 2019

Unglaublich schön, sind die Worte die unseren Aufenthalt am besten beschreiben. Wir haben im Sommer 2 1/2 Wochen in Martina Franca verbracht und dabei tolle Ferien erlebt. Das Haus ist gut gelegen und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Unvergesslich machen die Ferien aber auch Franco und Claudia mit Familie und Freunden. Man ist vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen. Die gemeinsamen Abende bleiben unvergessen! Wir kommen wieder.

La Puglia nel cuore

Ritornare a casa è stata veramente dura! Abbiamo trascorso sei giorni in questa Villa davvero splendida ed è proprio come la si può vedere in foto ... anzi ancora meglio! Super tecnologica, super attrezzata e super funzionale! Pulizia da dieci e più! Posizione strategica per chi vuol conoscere la Puglia e soprattutto dei padroni di casa eccezionali! Siamo stati accolti da una vera Famiglia sempre pronta a consigliarci e darci dritte su dove andare e cosa fare. Mai invadenti ma sempre troppo gentili ... persone che non ti aspetti di trovare e che ti fanno sentire come a casa tua e così è stato! I miei ragazzi hanno trascorso intere giornate nella bellissima piscina e noi ci siamo goduti il silenzio e la tranquillità! Io sono sicuro un po’ di parte quando parlo della Puglia perché ne sono innamorata...Martina Franca, Cisternino, Locorotondo, Ostuni, Alberobello, Castellana, Grottaglie e con qualche minuto in più di strada Polignano e Monopoli ... tutte meravigliose e la casa di Franco Claudia e Luca è un meraviglioso punto di partenza!!! Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser gemietet, aber dieses war mit Abstand das Beste: - schöner Pool - tolles Haus - aber das Beste waren unsere Gastgeber Claudia, Franco, Luca und die Familie! Wir hatten einen tollen Nachmittag zusammen und konnten echte italienische Gastfreundschaft genießen! Dabei war die ganze Familie jederzeit hilfsbereit und supernett. Grandios! Vielen Dank für die vielen tollen Tipps in der Umgebung. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Silke, Matthias und Katja

Rundum tolle Vermieter, herzliche Aufnahme

Die Vermieter sind genial. Man fühlt sich rundum gut aufgehoben. Man ist schnell Teil der Familie, sofern man dies will. Der Pool ist wunderbar. Dadurch, dass keine Blumenbeete direkt am Pool sind, hatten wir wenig Ungeziefer oder Laub. Das Haus ist mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet, s.d. man sich drinnen und draußen einfach nur wohlfühlen konnte. Wenn man etwas unternehmen will, sollte man auf jeden Fall ein Auto haben. Auf dem Markt in Martina Franca kann man gut Obst und Gemüse kaufen. Die Altstadt ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch am Tag und Abend wert. Es gibt viele (kleine) Orte, die man sich im Rahmen von Halbtagesausflügen anschauen kann. Danach verbleibt dann auch noch genug Zeit den Pool ausgiebig zu nutzen. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Exceptionnel !

Un endroit vraiment fabuleux pour 3 raisons : tout d'abord son emplacement, si proche de la superbe Martina Franca extrêmement bien située pour découvrir le val d'Itria et toutes ses villes superbes , mais aussi pour "pousser" jusqu'à Lecce, l'inoubliable Matera ou vers la sous-estimée Bari. Ensuite la villa elle même, très bien équipée à tous points de vue où nous avons passé de très bons moments autour de la piscine. Et enfin, et surtout, l'excellent accueil des propriétaires, , qui ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable et ont été d'une disponibilité totale. Grazie a tutti, Franco, Claudia e Luca senza dimenticare i nonni per questi indimenticabili momenti !

Had the most amazing holiday here. Beautiful area, outstanding villa, perfect hospitality.

On arrival we were introduced to the owners and welcomed to the property. This is a brilliant place to stay: Franco, Claudio and Luca have thought of everything (and more) to ensure you have a fabulous time. Beautifully furnished spaces, comfortable beds and outstanding outdoor space where you can relax by the pool and dine al fresco. There is plenty of cool shade too. The surrounding area is very pretty and we enjoyed visiting Alberobello, Ostuni, Locorotondo and Cisternino as well as heading to the beach. Undoubtedly though, the most amazing thing about our holiday was meeting such warm, friendly people. On arrival we were treated to a lovely supper of focaccia, mozzarella, tomato and prosecco and that set the tone of the holiday. We enjoyed home cooked Italian pizza as well as socialising with this lovely family. We loved meeting you all, thank you for all your help and we will definitely be back to visit again.

A wonderful week in a beautiful villa. Amazing hosts who made us extremely welcome.

This was the first time in Puglia for our family (me, wife and three kids 15, 12 & 9). We drove from Brindisi late at night and though we found the general area of the villa, we couldn’t find it exactly. Here’s where the amazing hospitality of our hosts Franco and Claudia began. Four of the family came out to find us and guide us in. On entering our beautiful home for the week, we were treated to a feast, freshly prepared for us. This was typical of the kindness shown to us over the week, with special mention also for Luca, Valerio, Andrea and Marcelo who helped us have a wonderful time. The villa itself is immaculate, very modern and with a lovely pool. Watching the World Cup final on the poolside big screen was another treat. The villa is in quite a remote area, which suited us fine but a car is an absolute necessity. From the villa we visited many of the gorgeous local towns and beaches. We were all sad to leave but happy to have had such a great experience, which we would thoroughly recommend to others.
