Highly recommend! The property was wonderful and Will was a fantastic host. The accommodation is well stocked and has all the modern conveniences yet keeps the charm and character of a Trulli. The location is excellent for exploring the area and Will had great suggestions for any thing we asked about, such as restaurants, markets, beaches, and must see places. Everything felt effortless from start to finish. Will was incredibly welcoming , responsive, and helpful throughout the visit. Would definitely stay here again.

Just home after a wonderful week at Villa Acacia. So relaxing and really well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay.Such a peaceful retreat featuring a lovely pool, beautiful olive grove views. It is well located just minutes from Ostuni and with easy access to several of the historic towns in Puglia and some wonderful beaches. Such a lovely place to relax and unwind. The villa was clean, beautifully decorated and has very spacious.outdoor space with a lovely covered patio for outdoor dining both on the terrace and on the roof.To add to all the positive reviews Will our host was just brilliant.. he was there to make sure everything ran smoothly.. providing recommendations to help us thoroughly explore the area. In particular thank you for the parking recommendation near Ostuni… it can be very busy but guaranteed a spot with an easy walk to the centre. Thanks for everything Will.. would love to have stayed longer!

Ideal location for exploring Puglia whether countryside, beaches or history. Within 10mins of two good sized towns with a plethora of restaurants and bars. The pizza restaurant just across the way was great too. A car is a must and driving in southern Italy actually quite chilled. Villa was easy to find. All facilities worked well and the two separate buildings were ideal for a family with adult children or friends. Good stock of bottled water was waiting for us plus a few essentials. Good mosquito repellent is a must if out and about in the afternoon/evening. And finally, Will was brilliant from directions on finding the place, local history and just making us feel welcome. The Olive Oil on the last day was a nice touch. Would recommend.

Let’s start where every great travel experience begins — with the person who makes it possible. Will is, simply put, one of the best hosts we have ever encountered through Vrbo or any other platform. His communication was prompt, clear, and warm from the very first message. Before we even arrived, he had already gone out of his way to answer our questions and ensure we felt prepared and excited for our stay. His recommendations became the highlights of our trip. His suggestions for activities and restaurants were spot-on.The house itself is charming, immaculately clean, and completely private. Set in a quiet rural landscape, it’s a true retreat. The thick stone walls and peaceful surroundings make it feel like a world apart and the private pool was a great way to cool off.The location is ideal — about 8 minutes from Ostuni, one of the most beautiful towns in southern Italy. Ostuni rewards you at every hour: mornings belong to the cafes, where you can sit with an espresso as the town slowly wakes. During the day it’s quiet and perfect for walking, with stunning whitewashed streets, historic architecture, and incredible views. After 7pm the town completely transforms — restaurants fill up, bars buzz, nightclubs come alive, and the gelato at night is not to be missed. Will’s hospitality, the charm and privacy of the property, and the magic of Ostuni made this an unforgettable stay. Highly recommend.

Could not have been more delightful

The charming italian country houses were welcoming and well equipped. From the rooms to the lovely pool, everything was clean. A lot of equipment was provided to enjoy the spare time e.g. playing table tennis. The extremely welcoming host did go to great lengths to make our stay even more pleasant, offering local tips and insights.

Will, the owner, could not have been more helpful and welcoming! The house served as a great place to relax and chill, but also as a base. We can’t say enough about the warmth of the accommodations and the host. Super clean and well supplied kitchen for cooking meals when you need a break from touring this amazing region. Will was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the sights and great spots to dine. Just watch out for the narrow country roads amd misleading Google maps.

Villa Acacia was very clean and well equipped with everything you need, including bikes, games, travel books etc. Our host, Will, was incredibly helpful, quick to answer any messages, but respectful of our privacy. The area was tranquil and attractive. Our mistake was hiring a large car, as the approach roads can be narrow in places. The welcome food package was excellent no need to buy water as well as lots of other extras we normally have to shop for straight away (Will is very generous!)Both the swimming pool and roof terrace were welcoming for cooling down and taking in the views.

"From the start of booking to the return of our deposit the owner has been top class. His one concern being that we have everything we need plus giving very helpful advice for trips, eating etc." 5 star review.
"One more thing – the proprietor, Will Sanderson, is a true gem and the ultimate in hospitality. He very patiently acquainted us with the nearby town, showing us the supermarket, fish store, the better bread store and the not-so-better bread store, the best place to get local wine and the restaurants and night spots. Then, going one step beyond, he stepped in to help us through a medical emergency and assisted us in arranging some emergency flight plans, for which I am most grateful. If you book this villa, consider Will one its assets." 5 star review

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Very convenient but tranquil. Many properties in Puglia are remote to the extent of inconvenience when you wish to go anywhere. Villa Acacia is in a great location, away from it all yet within 5 minutes drive you can be in Ostuni or Carovigno and in 10 minutes at the beaches or on the motorway, to Lecce for example.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The olive grove here is particularly nice, of a good size with trees of over one hundred years, and with views out to the Adriatic.
