The villa was okay, but the maids did not clean at all because there was glass everywhere.

Avoid at all costs....do not stay here!!!!!

There is nothing positive to say about the interior of this property. It was unkempt, old and dirty. No amount of cleaning could bring it up to standard as it requires a full renovation. All of the furnishings, bed linen and towels etc seemed to be years old or donated. We gave feedback to the property manager, Vincente, on the elements that we were not happy with and his responses were shocking e.g the towels are not ok...his response... you have no idea what people do to towels. We informed him of an ant infestation in the kitchen and bathrooms and he accused of us seeking a cheap holiday and reimbursement when we never brought that up. There were numerous other issues such as blood stained walls and a broken sitting room sofa and his response was to contact the owner of the property directly, who was staying nearby. We have screenshots of the whole text exchange to substantiate what went on and everything just mentioned. In summary this was a terribly upsetting experience for the whole family. This property is not fit for purpose and would urge people not to book this to ensure they avoid a very upsetting holiday experience!! One positive note is that the outdoor pool area was nice.

Het is een mooi en ruim huisje dat nog beter is dan de foto's doen vermoeden. De locatie ligt perfect centraal gelegen tussen het oude stadje en de strip.Er mocht wel wat meer keuken gerief zijn.

Heerlijke tijd gehad!

Wij hebben het heel goed gehad in het huis. Het zag er goed uit net zoals op de foto’s. Het enige is dat er qua keuken gereedschap wel wat nieuws mag worden aangeschaft en ook bekers waren er te kort. Op sommige plafonden zat er schimmel maar dat viel niet enorm op. Verder was het heel gast vriendelijk en zijn we enorm goed geholpen en is de buurt top! Grote supermarkt en strip super dicht bij
