Apartment with terrace and pool in front of the beach:
The 68m2 apartment is located in the Panoramic urbanization of Miami Playa facing the sea only 1km from the town center, 18km from Port Aventura and 22km from Reus Airport. It is located on the first floor with an elevator and has a terrace with outdoor furniture and sea views, as well as a communal area with a swimming pool. The two bedrooms consist of a double bed and two single beds, in addition to the sofa bed for two guests in the living room. There is a complete bathroom with a shower, fully equipped kitchen, italian coffee machine, air conditioning, winter heating, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Die Lage der Wohnung war einfach großartig. Direkter Blick auf das Meer. Der Zugang zum Strand war direkt gegenüber vom Objekt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Los apartamentos de Hauzify son realmente de alta calidad, con una ubicación inmejorable, están totalmente equipados para tener una estancia agradable. Hemos rentado un piso para 4 adultos y dos niños, pero entendemos que era solo para 2 adultos y 2 niños pequeños, nos hemos acomodado bien pero el espacio estaba justo, sabemos que tienen mas apartamentos en la urbanización, para futuras estancias revisaríamos mas en detalle este tema. Para destacar la atención del equipo local por parte de Francesca, quien esta atenta en todo momento y nos ha recibido muy bien. Se trata de una empresa, con su administración o parte de ella en Barcelona, por tanto la comunicación se dificulto un poco al principio, pero como comentamos, una vez contactados con el personal local todo fluyo correctamente. El apartamento se encuentra ubicado frente a la cala Vieneses (una de las mas bonitas de Miami), hay dos o tres restaurantes a 50 metros, luego se puede ir en coche (10 min) o a pie (20 min) hasta el cent

El apartamente esta en una ubicacion muy buena ya que esta en primera linea de mar, cerca de muchas calitas tranquilas para ir con familia y niños.Las instalaciones parking, edificio y piscina estan muy bien cuidadas y el personal es agradable.Recomendamos este apartamento para pasar unos dias en familia cerca de la playa, si van a hospedarse mas de 4 personas el sofa no es muy comodo para dormir, por el resto todo correcto.

Vue à couper le souffle

Complexe style moderne et classe. À flanc de mer, plage sable fin ( une bande de galets pour rentrer dans l eau), ombre de la végétation, promenade pietonne et piste cyclable jusqu a la plage de cristal plus de 4km, équipement LV et LL dans la cuisine intégrée parfaits. Levé du soleil sur la terrasse. Petits bémols : photo de l annonce trompeuse pour le parking, pour cette location, il s agit d un parking exterieur en créneau très étroit. Le wifi n a pas permis d avoir internet pour tout le séjour. Environnement bruyant : les ouvriers ( pas d engins électriques ?), les voisins, les chiens des voisins ( yorkshire du RDC ). L entretien de la piscine : pas de passage de robot, de contrôle de l eau, etc. La VMC de la SDB borgne est inefficace. La taille de l appartement : y a t il vraiment 68m2 ? La deuxiéme chambre est minuscule : avec l utilisation du 2eme lit 1 pers, porte inutilisable. Les literies sont assez inconfortables. Mais ce sont des bémols, nous avons passé un super séjour, Fransesca répond dans les 5 min pour vous recevoir au mieux. Le restaurant voisin qu elle nous a conseillé est une bonne adresse. Le batiment panoramique porte son nom à merveille.👍🏻

Genial...excelente

Nos ha encantado, el apartamento tenía todo lo que necesitábamos ( todo muy moderno y bastante nuevo) para estar cómodos, y unas vistas estupendas. La playa a un tiro de piedra del apartamento y la piscina limpia y bonita, no hemos tenido que ir en coche a ningún sitio...Super cercano, en fín repetiremos seguro, totalmente recomendable.
