The apartment of 50m2 is in the Sot del Morer urbanization of Sant Pol de Mar in front of the beach, 10min from the train station, 55km from Girona and 65km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is located on the second floor with garden and sea views from the terrace and direct access to the beach. The bedroom is composed of a double bed and in the living room there is a very large sofa-bed for two people. There is a full bathroom, equipped kitchen with washing machine, fans, stove for winter, flat screen TV, wifi throughout the establishment and free parking. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax and documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Sehr gute Lage, nah am Strand, für 2 Personen gute Größe der Wohnung, 2 Ventilatoren vorhanden, Balkon mit Meerblick, sehr liebevolle Deko, super Kommunikation, ab 0 Uhr Ruhe im Gebäude und auf den Balkonen.
In der Küche würde ich persönlich eine Waage und ein Sieb ergänzen, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Le logement correspond à la description. Il est très agréable à vivre, très clair et le balcon est un plus indéniable pour nos petits apéritifs du soir. La plage est à deux minutes à pieds et le centre de Sant-Pol à une dizaine. Nous avons aussi apprécié la place de parking qui, en sous-sol, permet de garder la voiture fraîche. Ana a été une hôte très à l'écoute et disponible, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir à l'occasion !

Appartement propre, confortable et bien équipé, situé à 3 minutes de la plage par un accès direct, parking couvert privé, proche de toutes les commodités et dans un joli petit village typique. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Recomenable. L'Anna, la gestora molt amable. Apartament acollidor i no hi falta de res. Net. Bona ubicació, a 10 minuts a peu del poble, a 5 minuts de la platja i 10 minuts amb cotxe a Calella. Zona molt tranquila, platges netes i amb poca gent

Excellent location next to the beach of Sant Pol. Sant Pol is one of the few authentic catalan maresme villages without touristic cruelties. The aptm is clean and cosy. Excellent communication with Ana. Helpful and friendly. This is a jewel in the Maresme.
