This luxury, single-storey lodge rests close to the village of Greetham in Rutland, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Elm Lodge is a delightful wooden lodge, lying close to the village of Greetham in Rutland, East Midlands. This all-ground-floor property offers two bedrooms, a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin, with access to a family bathroom, sleeping a total of four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking, an enclosed patio garden with seating area, barbecue, sun loungers and a hot tub, as well as shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool. Elm Lodge offers an excellent base for a fun-filled break to Rutland.

Amenities: Underfloor heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 x TVs, DVD player, radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking available. Enclosed garden with hot tub, outdoor furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.2 miles. . Note: This lodge is on one level with an instep in each door way of 3.5 cm, ramps are available upon request. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Sofa bed in sitting room can sleep children and is not suitable for adults

Town: Greetham is a rural village resting in the county of Rutland not far from the historic town of Oakham and the fantastic Rutland Water. The village enjoys an active community and is home to a village shop, two pubs and Greetham Valley Golf Club. Oakham boasts a 12th century castle and a 14th century church, with restaurants and pubs to enjoy too. Rutland Water has plenty of activities to try from watersports, to cycling, to fishing and walking.

The shared swimming pool can be booked for private use a week in advance for half an hour slots ( per property ) , subject to availability, the first half hour is free, and additional half hour slots are charged at £16 for the use of the pool
