New to holiday rentals this apartment has been recently refurbished to a very high standard with a large balcony with sea views is located in a complex with a swimming pool and sun terrace, just a few meters from the large beach of Puerto del Carmen.

All amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and a German doctor's office are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Puerto del Carmen is only 9 km from the airport and can be reached quickly and easily by bus or taxi.

The apartment is 120 square meters and is on two floors. On the upper floor there is the living room with large Tv and free unlimited wifi with lots of english and international tv channels including sky sports and movies etc

The large modern kitchen has everything included for great self catering holiday including large fridge freezer ,oven, hob, microwave there is also a small laundry room with washing machine and the balcony has a table and chairs for the alfresco dining and also has sea views.

An open staircase connects the living and kitchen area on the upper floor with the two bedrooms on the ground floor both with air conditioning and onsuite bathrooms.

An additional guest toilet is on the upper floor.

Fantastic stay

Third stay in this property. Beautiful complex and property has been renovated to a very high standard. Lots of great places to eat and only 100 yards from the beach. Looking forward to our next stay👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent apartment, wonderful location

We all had the most amazing time here, the apartment was amazing, nice and clean with amazing views of the beach and wonderful location with quick excess to pubs, restaurants and supermarkets and the strip. I would highly recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back next year

A truly stunning apartment. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. Communication with the property manager was prompt & efficient when needed. Would like to say something negative, so that it is free for us to return next year, but really can’t fault the apartment or the experience !☀️☀️

Amazing property & location

This is without doubt the best property we have stayed in over 20 years of visiting Lanzarote. Firstly - it’s an incredible location, 3 minutes from beach and the bars, restaurants and good quality shops. Despite proximity to all of the activities there was no issues whatsoever with noise at nighttime - we had 2 children who slept every night. There is also strong security with 2 locked gates and a safe for your valuables. The property is decorated to a really high standard, really modern but with some traditional features beautifully weaved in, so much thought has gone into it. A highlight is the balcony where you can watch the sun go down or come up with amazing views over the ocean. The large skylight in the roof also fills the property with sunlight during the day. The apartment is a spotlessly clean with a good supply of towels and bedding, refreshed during our stay. All conveniences are provided including good WiFi and TV channels as well as a few good books to read. We would LOVE to return. Also a shout out to the management team at the property who couldn’t be more helpful and will go above and beyond to make you welcome and settle in.

Good Accomodation but has its flaws.

I would have liked to have given this accommodation 5/5 but it had a few flaws. 1. Too hot upstairs due to the glass ceiling above the staircase, it was like a greenhouse, topping 31degs some days with no A/C in this area. 2. There was no mention in the amenities of the property that the air con in the bedrooms had to be paid for separately, by means of a coin-fed meter. We spent approximately 5 euros a day having it on intermittently through the evening whilst sleeping. If this hadn't been on it would have been unbearable, as the 1st evening was, as we had no coins. 3. The accomodation is definitely not suitable for elderly or infirm people, as the staircase is all marble and could be tricky to navigate in dim light or if it got wet as it did on some occasions when it rained in. 4. Good location for bars and restaurants and also a great supermarket which stocked everything, but the only downside is you had to navigate 80 steps up and down to the main street, so no good for anybody who is not very mobile. 5. On a good note - the security of the property was excellent, with 2 locking doors on the entrance, also a good quality safe was supplied. 6. The overall quality of the accommodation was of a high standard with great kitchen and bathroom fittings.

the air con is actually mentioned in the amenities that it is a coin meter and paid locally, due to the location of the property there is steps but as Puerto del carmen is on a hill you either have steps and location on the main avenida or a large hill to climb.

Great apartment but some issues and difficult location for people with any kind of mobility issue.

A very modern, clean and well appointed apartment with good balcony with all day sun but average views (you still have a large, dull grey building in front of you) and the furniture on the balcony is made of metal and gets very hot in the sun. However the highly polished, dark marble stairs made it difficult for two members of our party who had mobility issues. I think young children would also find it difficult. The other disappointment was that there were no basic supplies left to greet us with. I have become used (and now expect) to having items like milk and bread available particularly when arriving late. In addition there were no items like washing up liquid, washing up cloth/brush or hand soap. Again this is something that I expect as standard at these prices. The other issue we faced on arrival was that the apartment, obviously completely closed up, was very hot and had no obvious instructions for setting the air conditioning running which incidentally costs extra. The bedrooms do not have windows and ac is vital. Good television and excellent wifi went some way to making up for the other issues. The location, although as stated is two minutes from the beach and very close to an excellent modern supermarket, is several steep flights of steps up from the main road. Those steps are poorly maintained and badly lit at night making them very difficult to negotiate. So in conclusion I would not recommend this apartment for older people (and in my view very young children) and anyone with any kind of mobility problem.

Thank you for your review which is not an honest review in our eyes you can see on the photos that the apartment is a duplex and has stairs inside to access the bedrooms which have natural light from the skylight in the stair well. There is always a dish cloth and washing up liquid in the apartment and also a dishwasher also on your review it says clean and then you rate cleanliness 2 star so then again I don’t believe this is a real review of the property. When the property has been cleaned obviously we lock it up so it will be safe and it temperatures we have been having all properties get warm and in the description of the property it says air con paid locally via coin meter. The steps you talk about are not even part of the complex so not sure how you can downgrade the property due to the lack of maintenance on these and may be this is why you and your family left my cleaner with approximately 8 bags of rubbish to dispose when you had left so as you ended the review with you wouldn’t recommend this I would not recommend you to any other owners

Das Appartment war sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon ging auf eine Großbaustelle, wo den ganzen Tag gehämmert wurde. Im Inserat wird nicht erwähnt, daß die Wohnung nur über eine sehr lange Treppe zu erreichen ist. Mit Koffern sehr schwierig. Dazu kommt, das parken auch sehr schwierig ist. Wenn man Glück hat, ist ein Parkplatz an der Straße frei. Ansonsten heißt es laufen.

Once we eventually arrived (canelled Flight) the apartment was just like the photos' it was very clean and welcoming the pool area was a bit on the tired area, and to be honest decided not to use it and the steps up to the apartment were in need of a clean but we understand this is not the owners responsibility the apartment its self we could not fault and would recommend

Aire acondicionado y menaje de cocina

El aire tienes que pagarlo, depositando moneda de 1€ por hora y el piso es muy caluroso, una ruina en euros sueltos. La cocina le falta: estropajo, paños, cafetera, etc. No está adaptado para minusválidos, escaleras. Tanto en entrada como en el interior, Falta de explicaciones por el propietario el día de llegada del funcionamiento del recinto.

The property has all the kitchen utensils and appliances you could ever ask for also the air con costs approximately 3-4 euros per day to run at a temperature of 20 degrees, there is no where in the property description that it says this apartment is suitable for disabled persons as it does have stairs to the property and also inside as it is a duplex may be you have gave this bad review as we asked you why you had left the apartment in such a terrible state and also smoking inside as this is also not allowed. So please other guests ignore this review and look at the previous 5 star reviews that give a real reflection on the apartment.

Beautiful apartment

Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment which is exactly as pictured. Large balcony which was nice to sit out on and have breakfast. Finding the apartment and gaining access was easy with the instructions we were given prior to arrival. The apartment is near the beach with lots of bars and restaurants near by. The pool was small with less than 20 lounger’s and no parasols so not ideal if you like lying by the pool. It is very handy for the beach where you can hire loungers and parasols for €10.50 a day for 2. A word of caution though as this flat would not be suitable for anyone with health problems as there are a lot of stairs from the main street up to the apartment. There is air conditioning but only in the 2 bedrooms and payable via a coin meter in the apartment. Also the hairdryer is not great so I would suggest taking your own. All in all a lovely apartment which was well equipped.

Absolutely superb!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was pristine, tastefully decorated and furnished. The bed in the master bedroom is huge! Both bedrooms had plenty of wardrobe space and both en-suites were amazing. The water pressure is very good so the showers were great. The skylight above the stairwell floods the apartment with light. It is a beautiful apartment and very well appointed on the cusp of the old and new towns. Less than 5 mins walk from the main strip and the beach, yet very quiet and peaceful. Sports centre very close by , if you want to use the gym or play tennis and this is reasonably priced. Sun beds around the pool are a bit limited and there is no shade. But we went to the beach in the day and the pool at about 5pm, where we had it virtually to ourselves. Spermarjets are close by and you are spoilt for choice with the huge variety of restaurants in the old and new towns. We loved our stay here and shall be back!

Beautiful clean and modern apartment

Stayed here with my 3 year old daughter last week. Beautiful complex, lovely pool and the apartment was stunning with a beautiful sea view. The apartment was a very good size fully furnished with all supplies, and the location was perfect, so handy to shops, restaurants and beach. I just hope it's free the next time I visit Lanzarote as I can't imagine finding anywhere better!
