The apartment is located at Via Franco Norero No.72 - 18038 - SANREMO (IM), above Porto Sole, just a short walk from the new bike path (where you can rent bicycles) that runs through all of Sanremo and connects to all the neighboring towns. The city center is a ten-minute walk away, as are several beaches, bars, and restaurants. The recently renovated apartment is located on the top floor and features a spacious living room, an open-concept kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and large balconies with ocean views. The building has an elevator and a parking space.
The most convenient highway exit is “Arma di Taggia-Sanremo Est.”
You’ll be greeted by the building manager, Mr. Gianpiero Montaldo, who lives in the
apartment on the floor below. He will give you the keys, show you where the parking space is, and provide you with all the information you need.
Please let him know at least a couple of days in advance of your estimated time of
arrival.
