SUMMARY

The LANZA 14 tourist apartment building has been completely renovated to be used for Tourist Apartments. It has a left-luggage service in the building that is free and exclusive for our guests. The building also has a terrace with a common solarium and a small pool exclusively for our guests. Parking spaces are also available in a nearby building (not included in the price). Access to the apartments can be done with codes. Apartment 07 is located on the second floor of the building. It can accommodate 5 guests distributed in two bedrooms with two bathrooms.

SPACE

The apartment, which has access from the second floor. It has two bedrooms. The main one has a double bed of dimensions 150 x 200 cm and a suite bathroom (access to the bathroom from inside the bedroom). The second bedroom equipped with two single beds of dimensions 90 x 200 cm and with the possibility of installing a third bed of equal dimensions and quality in the room. The apartment has a second full bathroom. The apartment 7 is characterized by its very bright and pleasant living room, oriented to the facade of the building. The kitchen is completely equipped. The living room has 2 balconies facing the street.

The living room has a television is 49 inches, connected to the internet since it is a smart TV. There is an Ethernet connection for those who need a more stable connection during their stay. Next to the TV you have universal chargers and a small Tablet with information about the city

The qualities inside the homes is high. The floors of living rooms and bedrooms are made of wooden flooring to make them warmer in winter and cool in summer. The bathrooms have large showers, glass screens and electric towel rail. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and utensils to cook almost anything. It has a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and fume hood.

COMMON SERVICES AND AREAS

The rehabilitation of the building has preserved and emphasized the defining elements of the building, modernizing its services and facilities. The hydraulic floors are recovered from the old houses of the building and relocated in the common areas of the building. A large elevator has been installed and adapted to people who use wheelchairs, which connects all the floors of the building (including the roof).

The interior of the apartments of our building have been designed so that the conditions of acoustic and thermal comfort are the best. Energy saving has also been taken into account, by installing a highly efficient hot water production system.

We have equipped the building with common areas that provide additional value to our guests. To make it possible for our guests to enter the building and their apartment autonomously seems fundamental to us and to have a slogan at the service of our guests as well. Both combined make arriving at the building and leaving the luggage does not depend on the time of Check in and that on the day back home, our guest does not have to carry their luggage until the departure time of their flight or train.

We have taken advantage of the conditions of the building to create on the roof of the building a place to rest, relax, enjoy the climate of Seville and contemplate good views over the cathedral and the Giralda. The terrace and solarium are available to our guests, as well as the pool, with sun loungers and tables. They are of common use but exclusive for our guests of the building. The pool and solarium terrace are open all year. From April 1 to November 2 towels for the pool are included in the clothes of the apartment.

We have centralized the washer and dryer to put it at the service of our guests. It is located on the second floor. It is free and exclusively for our guests. We have an iron, ironing board and clotheslines. We have enabled a part of the roof to tend.

GUEST CARE

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

As we have indicated in the summary, parking is not included in the price. We only have 3 car parks for 8 apartments, so if you want to reserve a car park for your stay, please let us know as soon as you can. Its price is € 12 per night and is paid in cash upon arrival. It is subject to availability.

For us it is very important that everything is organized upon your arrival, but there are always unforeseen events. Please provide us with the telephone number you bring to Seville, as well as your email to contact you if necessary. It is very simple to contact us through whatsapp or through email

The hot water production system is individual for each apartment. It consists of an accumulator tank with a capacity of 250-300 liters of hot water at 50º Celsius. It is an energy efficient and environmentally friendly system, but it is still a limited amount of hot water because it is an accumulator, so we recommend a rational use of it. We are very happy with its operation, because we have not received indications of lack of hot water from our guests and, in addition, we are avoiding CO2 emissions due to energy savings achieved.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The building is on Calle Lanza, in the Santa Catalina neighborhood of the Historic center of Seville. Right in front of the building is the church of Santiago el Mayor, and at the entrance of the street is the Convent Virgen de los Reyes, where architecture and art exhibitions are currently held. The Corral de Vecinos known as the corral del Conde is just 50 meters from the building and the Palace 'Casa Pilatos' just 3 minutes from the building. The area is characterized by the large number of convents (currently in operation), where cakes and sweets are sold. The Cathedral, the Giralda and the Alcazar are 10 minutes away from the building. The modern mushrooms of Seville (Metropol Parasol) are also very close, just 5 minutes walk.

In the Metropol there is a market of supplies, for fresh products. There is also a large supermarket open from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. from Monday to Saturday at 6 minutes and an express arrefour at 2 minutes that opens every day of the week from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

In the area there are good restaurants, such as Rinconcillo, Becerrita, Baco, El Traga, as well as bars with a hearth, such as Between Dos Hermandades and Los Claveles.

All this within walking distance.

ADDRESSES

The most important Monuments of the city are located at a distance of 10 minutes on foot. However, for those who prefer to use public transport, just 20 meters from the building there is a bus stop C5 that connects the building with all the monuments of the city (Casa Pilatos, Salvador Church, Cathedral and Giralda, Bullring de la Maestranza, Torre del Oro, San Telmo Palace, Plaza de España, Alcazar, Museum of Fine Arts, Alameda de Hercules, Feria Street Market, Church of San Luis de los Franceses and Metropol Parasol)

From the airport there are two ways to get to the apartment. The first is by bus. If you are going to take this option (the cheapest one but the one that will take you the longest) you should take the Airport Bus to the Santa Justa train station. There is only one bus from the airport called EA, whose stop is at the exit of the arrival area. The frequency is 23 minutes and is operating from 4:30 to 0:00. The price is € 4.00 per person and trip and the journey time is approximately 15-20 minutes to Santa Justa. You can buy the ticket on the same bus.

At the Santa Just train station you should get off and look for the bus stop number 32, which is about 100 meters to the opposite side of the station. You have to take bus number 32 towards the city center (Plaza del Duque). The rate is € 1.40 for each person. You can buy the ticket from the bus driver. You should get off at the stop located in the Ponce de León square and walk about 3 minutes down Santiago Street until you reach Lanza Street. You have a photo of the facade in the ad.

The second way (more expensive but more comfortable) to get from the airport to the apartment is by taxi. There is an established fare for journeys from the airport to anywhere in the city of Seville. (Monday to Friday € 22.00, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays € 24.5. They may charge supplements for luggage although it is not usual).

Recently we have reached an agreement with a transport service to be able to offer a pick up service at the airport. The driver would be waiting at the arrivals gate of the Seville airport and would take you directly to the apartment. He knows what the apartment is and he would let us know when you arrived so that we are waiting at the door of the apartment. We just need to know the flight number, landing time and the first and last name of each of you. The price of the service is similar to taking a taxi in the airport queue (€ 35,00 for transfer of 4 passengers and € 65.00 for a minivan transfer for up to 6 passengers) but something more comfortable. If you want I can reserve it for you.

From the train station you must take bus number 32, which is about 100 meters to the opposite side of the station. You have to take bus number 32 towards the city center (Plaza del Duque). El apartamento está muy bien situado , se va a andando al centro con un paseito de 10 o 15 min. Las camas son muy cómodas y estaba todo muy limpio. Es un bloque entero de aparatamentos turisticos con patio interior. En nuestro caso, optamos por coger tb garaje y esta a 5 min andando del apartamento. Quizás haria

Appartement très bien localisé à 5 minutes de tout à pied. Assez spacieux pour 4 personnes, très bien accessible. Dispose de climatisation indispensable pour l'été ! Malheureusement la piscine est assez petite et l'eau tourne vite au vert... mais elle a le mérite d'être la. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, je recommande.
