Location is quite excellent. Furnishings could use an upgrade

The location is super as it is easy to walk to almost all the main sights. Communication was very good although many times I felt like it was a bot. However humans connected when necessary. There is no early checkin but 2 blocks away is a hostel that will store bags securely for a fee. The host will provide necessary details. There is definitely plenty of space for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The mold above the shower previously mentioned in other reviews was all gone and the place very clean. The A/C worked great. There is a 4-5 minute walk to a carrefore express for light groceries. It’s a small store so have the correct expectations. The furniture could be improved upon. While the photos show a coffee table in front of the couch it did not exist. The nightstands are quite minimalist and store nothing. We did not find it noisy but we always use a white noise app when traveling which makes for better sleep. All this said if I where to come back to Seville would I book here again? I probably would due to location, cleanliness, functional kitchen and washing machine.

Close to most Seville attractions

Apartment was located within walking distance of Plaza España, Real Alcázar and the Cathedral. There’s a nice park just across the street. Many restaurants in the area including right out the door. Noise from restaurants and music continues late in the night as restaurants and bars are open late. Neighbors upstairs (not sure if permanent residents) with young children were loud and woke us during the night with a crying baby. Glasses in cabinet had marks/prints on them. They looked better after I cleaned them in dishwasher. Outdoor photos are misleading. We would have to move the couch and take the kitchen chairs to sit out on the balcony. Patio area in last photo is also the kitchen chairs and that area is not nice for sitting outside. Great location if you want to be able to walk to most attractions and be in the heart of activity.

Needs a little attention

Excellent location. Very good host communication. However, can’t give a 5 because bathroom needs a little love. There’s quite a bit of mold growing above shower on cieling. Also broken windowpane on kitchen door has simply been taped over. Would I stay here again. Yes But these items should be addressed asap!!

Great Location

Very clean and tidy property as advertised. 10 minutes walk and you’re at the cathedral. Couldn’t really fault. Host went above and beyond to fix a little hiccup in paying and she sorted it all for us. Highly recommend.

Ola Sevilla

The apartment is located in a lively robust neighborhood with a pleather of food choices. We enjoyed our 2 fun filled nights in Sevilla. However, for the price we payed we expected a much higher standard of accommodation. We should not have to look up in a shower and see mold growing above us. The checkin process was 3 hours late with an uncleaned apartment. VRBO’s response when we asked for support was underwhelming and ineffective.

Lovely home in a wonderful part of the city.

The home was just as lovely and charming as advertised and located in a wonderful part of the city. All the city sites were within 10-20 minutes walking distance and the restaurants surrounding the home were all fantastic. The host was VERY responsive to the few questions we had about the property which was much appreciated! We will come back to this beautiful home and city!

Great location, clean basic apartment

Nice basic apartment on a quiet side street not far from the sites in Seville. The decor and furnishings are modest, but there are high ceilings and nice windows. Just a few steps away from the apartment are several restaurants and shops, and the cathedral is an easy walk. Communication with the property managers was great. Apartment was clean and had a very functional kitchen. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay for a great Vacation time!

The place was great, cozy, confortable, clean, excelent location, the nicest and kindest host! The only thing I didnt take in consideration is that the apartament is on the 1rst floor, not at the ground level, and i have a little problem with stairs. But anyway we´ll be back for sure!

Seating for 4 at the dining room table, with expansion, so I was often at the table doing my art. Quick response every single time. Enjoyed our time on the balcony. Excellent security at the apartment. Lock on outside to get into building, up one flight then another lock to get into apartment. Family type location, no crime and LOTS of restaurants and site seeing within walking distance. I was walking on a broken foot and was able to easily walk to everything. To get to the buses was <5 min walk. Restaurants and shops easily found everywhere. Parks within FEET. This is a neighborhood location with bustling activity on the Main Rd. We enjoyed our stay, apt & building felt at home.I read in a prior review someone said there was no heat THAT IS FALSE! The heat worked perfectly. Great for our family

Host is very responsive, the place is as described and in the middle of the historic part of the city. Easy to catch public transport or grab a cab. Lots of little restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in walking distance.

Semana Santa de Sevilla- Perfect Location

Family vacation (4 adults) for Semana Santa. Apartment is well appointed and clean. The host was very friendly and attentive. Absolutely no complaints. Location is walking distance to all of the major attractions, processions, tapas bars, and dining options. We had a fabulous time!

Sevilla get away

Excellent immediate communication with manager at all times. Property was very quiet yet in the center of everything. Most all points in the center are within a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend.
