Super central and walkable location. Very close to the Cathedral, Alcazar, Plaza de España etc. as well as shops and restaurants. Beautiful clean apartment. Hosts were very communicative about coordinating check in/ check out, providing local recommendations, and a few inclement weather warnings. I had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed the space, and convenient to everything! Also, our return flight home was delayed an entire day, which left us scrambling a bit. They were able to help us with extending our accommodation and made the process easy and painless. Would highly recommend this place!

Location to see it all!

A great location to see all the sites in Seville! It’s right on one of the busiest streets that everybody walks down. This does lend to street noise all night long so if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs. The property was clean and well managed. We had a great time exploring all the neighborhoods and sites right at our doorstep.

Great fkat in a fabulous location

We really enjoyed our stay in Seville. The flat was in a perfect location for us to be able to explore the city. The flat was clean and well presented and had all we needed for a 4 night stay. We were met on arrival by Karina, who was lovely; she explained everything about the flat and gave us some useful information and advice for our stay. It made a really pleasant change to be met in person.I would definitely stay in this apartment again, it was comfortable, clean, and ideally located and the company were good to deal with.

Beautiful place but loud neighbors

This apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious and centrally located. The only unfortunate thing was the level of noise outside. I could her conversations all night long from the 1st floor. Otherwise, an amazing stay

Fabulous, comfortable, immaculate

Upon entering the building, which you have all to yourselves, you’ll go up one flight of stairs to reach the bedroom floor (two bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom). Go up one more flight, and you’re at the kitchen-and-living-area floor, which has an additional bathroom. Go up one more flight, and you’ll find a third bedroom with a balcony plus roof access. We loved it!

Central large apartment

Attractive apartment with antique furniture and decoration. The location near the Giralda is perfect, and despite overlooking the Calle Garcia de Vinuesa there is almost no traffic noise. The worst is to hear the horses and carriages on the cobbled street. The agency was responsive to my request for additional cooking equipment.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is very centrally located to Seville’s Cathedral and Alcazar, shopping district, and the Santa Cruz neighborhood. And even though it’s so central, the apartment is pretty quiet overnight— unless some drunken boys walk down the street yelling (which obviously cannot be avoided in any city). The host company is super responsive. They met us immediately upon arrival and when we had an issue with one of the showers, they took care of it the same day.Of note about the apartment and its features: - We were there in June and it was quite hot, upwards of 37C during the day. The air-conditioning in the apartment is excellent. Perhaps the best we’ve ever experienced in Europe . -The apartment has one very large bathroom and one much more bijou, so three of us ended up sharing the large one, which was fine, but may be worth noting if you are 2 couples vs a couple with kids as in our case. - The kitchen contains a large table for the space, which is fine, but would make it pinched if you intend on doing any “real cooking”.- In addition to the Juliette balconies in the living room and bedrooms, there’s a small but perfectly formed patio to the rear of the property, which stays cool even in the summer heat and is a great place to escape. - There is a washing machine and drying rack on the patio which works great in the Sevillan heat- It’s only 1 flight of stairs to the apartment

Merci beaucoup pour votre avis et votre note ! Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la décoration et la situation de l’appartement 😊. Concernant le bruit de la rue, il est vrai que l’appartement se trouve en plein cœur du centre-ville, juste à côté de la cathédrale. Cette proximité avec les principaux sites historiques et les petites rues animées fait partie de son charme, mais elle peut effectivement entraîner un peu plus de mouvement à certaines heures. L’avantage, c’est que nos voyageurs peuvent profiter d’un accès immédiat aux restaurants, aux boutiques et aux monuments, et beaucoup nous disent apprécier de pouvoir tout faire à pied sans avoir à se déplacer en voiture. Nous faisons néanmoins de notre mieux pour améliorer le confort acoustique et rendre chaque séjour encore plus agréable. Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau !
