In the lounge, is a further Smart TV with UK channels plus Netflix and Sky.
Located in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan on a tree lined residential street, the villa has superb Kalamar Bay Sea views. and is just a short walk to the Kalamar Bay beach clubs, shops and restaurants. The centre of Kalkan is a short taxi ride away, or approximately a 25-minute walk. Fully air-conditioned throughout.

Ground Floor
With off-road parking adjacent to the villa, there are just a couple of stairs before you walk into the front door. Once inside, there’s a downstairs shower room, utility alcove with washing machine and 2 steps down into the open plan lounge and kitchen area. Both provide a comfortable space to relax or cook, and have wonderful sea views and also open out to the pool and terraces. The modern kitchen comprises built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher plus plenty of kitchen equipment.

First Floor
Up the stairs to the first floor, and there is a further family bathroom with shower. All three bedrooms are on this level, all comprising king size beds. The master bedroom has stunning sea view and a balcony. A further double has the same fabulous sea views with a Juliet balcony, and the remaining double is at the front of the house which overlooks the quiet side street and is very cool during the summer.

Outside
With access from the front of the property as well as inside, Villa Juniper has lovely sea views of Kalamar Bay. The pool is approximately 5m x 3m with a shallow end which is quite unusual in Kalkan. A shaded comfy sofa, chairs and coffee table is a great place to relax and read a book. Or choice a sunny spot on one of the 4 sunbeds. To the side of the house is a further terraced area with a dining table, chairs and brick built BBQ for those lovely alfresco meals.
