Mary, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about your recent stay with us. We're thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful and relaxing time, and that our condo felt like home to you and your sister. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you found the check-in and check-out process to be easy, and that you enjoyed the beauty of our place and its convenient access. As for as the carpeting goes we just had it cleaned, and the beds are maybe a little firmer then what you may be used to. I know everybody has a little different preference and it can be challenging trying to meet everyone's needs. Thanks, Kim
