The location is absolutely perfect.

Walking distance to every place and and just a few steps from Como di Lago train station. We had no plans but to stroll the area and we found the funicular to Brunate. There’s a great butcher/restaurant just around the corner and it is now one of our favorites. Loved our stay.

Overall, superb location if you’re looking to stay in Como, with train (Como Lago) and bus station within 5 mins walk, and lots of dining options around. Instructions and communication on self check in was clear . Only thing to note is the slow Wifi service and that there is little Wifi signal from the Bedroom wherein I had to use my data. Will recommend still !
