Aquaemaris Apartment is a three-room apartment with a large panoramic terrace, right in the historic centre, facing the sea. A little gem for anyone who enjoys a special stay caressed by the sea breeze. Located in the heart of the historic centre with its attractions, shopping and the possibility of moving easily to the beaches, pine forests and islands of the Archipelago. Just 300 metres from the ferry terminal. Car and bike rentals on the doorstep, restaurants, shops, services, easy urban mobility with buses just a few steps away. Equipped terrace, sundeck of 24 sqm, unique in the area. Outdoor furniture for lunches, aperitifs and romantic dinners. Bedroom with French bed and a living room with open kitchen. The third bed can be pulled out from the sofa in the living room, with comfortable mattresses and air conditioning. Full bathroom. Smart TV, printer and desk. Washing machine, gas hobs, awnings, free Wi-fi. Aquaemaris is located between the two main squares: Piazza Umberto Primo (from where the panoramic train departs) and Piazza Garibaldi, the town hall. 6.2 km from the Garibaldi Museum on Caprera Island. 9 km from the Sailing Centre. 5.8 km from the most famous beach on the island: "Baia Trinita". 80 metres from the taxi rank. Great place with great host . My only comment would be for nicer pillows please .

Siamo contenti che siete stati benissimo. Si, si tratta dell’unica grande terrazza sul mare in questo lato del centro storico! La casa è stata ristrutturata nel 2021 quindi alcuni cuscini potrebbero risultare appena più rigidi. Sono del tipo Memoryfoam. Il cuscino è davvero una cosa personale. Per questo motivo, noi, avevamo detto che l’ospite avrebbe potuto chiamarci subito per altre necessità personali. Abbiamo una scorta di 5 tipi di cuscini per alcuni appartamenti. Ad ogni modo, fare una cena romantica e una colazione sul mare più bello d’Italia, non ha prezzo. Vi aspettiamo ancora, lo sapete, siete stati davvero gentili. AJO IN SARDEGNA 💪🏝 We are glad that you had a great time. Yes, it is the only large terrace overlooking the sea on this side of the historic center! The house was remodeled in 2021 so some pillows may feel slightly firmer. They are of the Memoryfoam type. The pillow is truly a personal thing. For this reason, we had said that the guest could call us immediately for other personal needs. We have a stock of 5 types of pillows for some apartments. In any case, having a romantic dinner and breakfast on the most beautiful sea in Italy is priceless. We are waiting for you again, you know, you have been really kind. AJO IN SARDINIA 💪🏝

Excellent Stay!!! I stayed in this apartment with my two young children and we absolutely loved it! The apartment is just like the pictures and the view is even more breathtaking in person. The apartment is located on a main street so you have a ton or restaurants, bars, shops all within walking distance. The vibe was just excellent! Luca was also a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive in case we needed anything. Would highly recommend and cannot wait until I can go back!😊

Amazing balcony to watch port activities

This apartment has every you would want. We had easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Checking in was a bit confusing. Sorting the garbage and taking it out on the correct days was difficult but we were able to manage all the rules.

Dear Elaine, thank you again for staying with us. Yes, the flat is a fairytale. facing the sea and with a big terrace! Rubbish collection has its own schedule and it is normal for a few days to just feel confused. But everything went well. Check-in also went well. we let you in even earlier than the basic time. We look forward to having you as our guests again here on the most beautiful island in the Mediterranean, La Maddalena.

Location, Location, Location

July 2023: This flat may be small, but it has everything you need, including stove, refrigerator, clothes washing machine, great A/C & (most importantly) a large balcony with a great view. We spent hours sitting on the balcony watching the boats depart and arriving, tourists load & unload, the crews cleaning the boats and just the watching people on the street. We used the balcony to sun bath, enjoy cocktails and dinner. The flat is near the center town. Luca (Broker) was outstanding in keeping us informed through the entire process and was very helpful in every aspect.
