House was clean and tidy with very little natural light. However we like a view and that was lacking. Beautiful beach was very close by.

Vielen Dank für die super Unterkunft, wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen in Palau! Uns und unseren beiden 7jährigen Kindern hat es an nichts gefehlt, der schöne Strand Spiaggia dell'Isolotto ist praktisch direkt vor der Tür, wie auch der Pool der Anlage. Am Strand entlang ist man innerhalb weniger Gehminuten am Hafen und im hübschen Ort, mit sämtlichen Restaurants, Geschäften und Marktständen. Herzlichen Dank auch für die tollen Tipps vorab, wir haben einige Restaurants und Strände besucht, die uns vom Vermieter empfohlen wurden und waren begeistert! Herr Razzini hat uns nicht nur vorab sehr gut informiert, auch während des Aufenthalts war er direkt erreichbar, einfach super. Von Palau aus hat man unzählige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten: nicht nur Bootstouren beispielsweise nach La Maddalena und den umliegenden traumhaften Inseln, auch die Costa Smeralda liegt in kurzer Entfernung. Unser absoluter Favorit Spiaggia dell'Isola dei Gabbiani Richtung Norden 3 die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, die Klimaanlage super angenehm und die Nachbarschaft sehr nett. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter und sagen herzlichen Dank für alles!

Abbiamo passato 10 giorni tranquillissimi, la casa carina e fornita di tutto ciò che serve, la posizione ottima sul mare e comodissima al centro del paese, vorremmo tornare il prossimo anno, già consigliata anche ad amici. Il proprietario disponibilissimo, ci ha fornito tante indicazioni utilissime.

Familienurlaub im Juni 2023, klein aber gemütlich

Wir waren in der Wohnung als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sofa im Wohnraum ist zum Schalfsofa ausklappbar, dort haben die Kinder geschlafen. Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer vorhanden. Wifi ebenfalls vorhanden. Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut. Großer Kühlschrank mit großem Tiefkühlfach. Wir haben auch gerne gekocht.

Carlos place is perfectly situated at the beach, and close to all of the shops. I would highly recommend staying with him.

Lovely time

We enjoyed our stay. The place has a good location, on the beach and short walking distance to the center. They have entertainment all day (night show),which our kids loved it,thou they don't speak Italian. You can enjoy at the nice pool - do not forget swimming hat. The apartment is the same as on the photos. We had a great communication with the owner, he was prompted and helped with everything. Hope we come back one day.

L' appartamanento è ottimo anche per 4 persone. ( 2 nel divano letto ) Posizione molto buona soprattutto in vacanza avete un amico a 4 zampe perchè ha un spiaggia dedicata vicinissima . Molto comodo anche per accedere al porto e al centro di Palau .

Le immagini dell'annuncio non rendono neanche un po. Il bilocale è veramente molto carino, sono 36m2 abitabili, quindi bello spazioso. L'ingresso organizzato male e col salottino non si riesce nemmeno ad aprire lo stendino, lo spazio non è affatto adeguato!! Comunque complessivamente sono molto soddisfatta e lo consiglio. Comunicazione ottima!! Non conoscevo questo sito e benché temevo una fregatura mi sono trovata benissimo e sicuramente lo userò di nuovo!!

Einfach toll !!!! 2 Erwachsene und ein kleiner Hund

Tolles Appartement ca. 70 m vom fantastischen Strand entfernt, direkt neben dem Pinienwäldchen, welches wunderbaren Schatten spendet und perfekt ist um mit dem Hund seine Spaziergänge zu machen. Der Strand unter dem Pinienwäldchen ist ein Hundestrand! Ca. 10 Min. zu Fuss ins Ortszentrum. Hat alles super geklappt mit Rosy, sie ist grossartig!, sie betreut das Appartement, bei Problemen ist sie immer erreichbar. Wir waren zwei erwachsene Personen und ein kleiner Hund, für alle perfekt! Für 4 Personen würde ich sagen eher knapp von der Grösse. Ich würde dieses Objekt wieder buchen! Die Kommunikation per Mail mit Carlo war sehr einfach und unkompliziert! Kann ich nur empfehlen!!!!

APPARTEMENT TROP SOMBRE

Ses atouts : la plage et Palau à proximité, et la machine à laver La piscine est payante et fait partie du CLUB ESSE, pas de connaissances du tarif car on ne sait pas où il faut s'adresser, M. RAZZINI nous renvoie à une personne, qui ne connait pas le français, ne comprend rien (même pour l'heure du départ) Nous sommes arrivés de nuit donc difficulté à trouver l'appartement dans la résidence, l'appartement est légèrement enterré, de ce fait sombre, et en plus, il y a des rideaux opaques aux fenêtres, il est étouffant, donc en soirée, obligation de mettre la climatisation (heureusement il y en a une), mais aussi la lumière. Petit car il y a juste la table et le canapé dans la pièce principale, à 3 c'est trop juste quand le canapé est ouvert. la chambre est sans fenêtre, très sombre, car un immense placard fait la séparation avec la pièce principale, matelas très vétuste, mal au dos. Idem pour le coin toilette sans fenêtre. Petit coin cuisine, manque de lumière (certaines lampes ne fonctionnent pas), vaisselle au minimum, et pas de prise possible pour le grille pain, il faut se brancher près de la télé. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et avec une hâte de partir dans notre autre location tellement nous avons trouvé ce logement déprimant. Il y a un salon de jardin sur la terrasse mais pas agréable, entre le ventilateur de la clim et le séchoir à linge. Il n'y a aucune couverture à disposition si la clim est un peu froide, obligation d'utiliser le couvre canapé (pas très propre) ou le couvre lit.

Ottimo appartamento comodo per spiaggia e centro paese

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane ad agosto 2018. Appartamento molto curato e ben fornito di tutto il necessario. Accesso alla spiaggia pubblica comodo (pochi metri a piedi). C'è anche la spiaggia per cani, quindi ideale per chi ha questi animali. In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro Palau, quindi non è necessario l’uso della macchina. Parcheggio della struttura comodo. Aria condizionata presente. Nel residence c’è anche l’animazione del Villaggio vacanze che alla sera fanno sempre begli spettacoli di cabaret. Super consigliato per famiglie con figli di tutte le età e con animali.

Excellent appartment

We are a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children age 5 &9). We stayed in this lovely apartment for 2 weeks in July and loved it. The apartment was just right for us size wise and if the children were little bit older it would have been too small. It would be absolutely perfect for a couple. The apartment is lovely, nicely decorated in a truly Italian style. It was like an Italian family invited us to their home and we would like to say big thank you! The owner of the house is very nice and helpful, always replied to my questions promptly and could give us good advice on traveling around Sardinia and to Rome. The apartment has everything you need including foldable beds to take to the beach. It is located near the beach and part of the holiday complex run by the Club Esse. As the results we had an unexpected entertainment for kids and adults every night. Kids had popcorn and could participate in the Hero Dance and we could dance in a group dance and watch the Show. We were very impressed by the quality of entertainment. Our only perhaps negative comment about the property is that it does not have outside table, which some other properties in that complex have, it was not a big deal tough. We just thought it would have been nice to have one (if you could have it all!) In overall, I would give this property highest mark on comfort, location, price, convenience and service and hope to be back in the future! Family of 4 from West Yorkshire, England
