LUX XXI is a modern and bright 1-bedroom apartment in Siglo XXI, one of the most prestigious edifices of Arrecife, Lanzarote´s capitol.
It features a double-bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, living room and open kitchen with dishwasher. A utility room with washing machine makes this unit perfect for a self-catering getaway.
It is fully equipped and includes free WIFI, and assigned parking space in the subterranean garage, making it ideal for business travellers, digital nomads and holiday makers alike.
Ideally located in front-line to beautiful Playa Reducto beach, and only 10 minutes’ walk to the centre of the city.
It is perfectly connected to the rest of the island with public transportation at less than 100m distance, as well as access to the main roadway system at your front door.
