Lorena a été três réactive a nos demandes et a tout fait pour que le séjour se passe parfaitement. Le logement est tres bien placé, proche du centre de Teguise tout en étant au calme. Il y a plein de petits équipements très utile (parasol, glacière, pain de glace, enceinte portable...) On avait l'impression d'être chez nous.

Still a great apartment.

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it very much. The location suites us well being just on the outskirts of Teguise. Teguise is a lovely characterful small town. Not too touristy (unlike the coastal resorts) except of course on Sunday, market day, when it really comes to life for the morning. The property is generally clean, though we did feel this time, that the place was due for a good deep clean and freshening up. It's also time the driveway was repaired! It's well equipped, though the addition of a washing machine would be useful. Our attitude is that, you would spend a fortune for a room this size in a hotel, the only difference is that we have to get our own breakfast. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Génial

Super studio très spacieux pour deux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, tout confort, disposant d'une terrasse avec vue sur les volcans et la mer, dans un endroit super calme à 2 minutes à pied du centre de Teguise, ancienne capitale de l'île et sans conteste la plus belle ville de Lanzarote. Cerise sur le gâteau, par sa position centrale, la ville de Teguise est à maximum 30 minutes des sites touristiques intéressants.

...es waren 12 schöne Tage auf Lanzarote, in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung und für uns eine gute Basis für tägliche Unternehmungen auf der ganzen Insel. Ob relaxen am Strand, oder ausgiebige Wanderungen, einfach perfekt.

Lovely Studio Apartment

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the property. It was clean and specious. Very well equipped and just a 7 minute walk into the center of town. A few other properties around but generally very quiet and peaceful. We would often sit outside on the terrace and remark that there was almost no sound of any human activity. Would definitely stay there again.

Accommodation at Teguise

The property is very typical of those found locally in Teguise. It is a pleasant short walk to the town centre with the Sunday market VERY busy! The apartment is very well equipped throughout, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. It is pleasantly furnished with lovely looking heavy wood furniture and plenty of cushions and throws. The little patio is ideal for watching the sunset each night. Be aware that television is Spanish programs only with the exception of Sky news which runs all day. So turn it off and take a hike up the “mountain” behind the town!

a harmonious place supporting regeneration

A Little Gem

Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Teguise, Estudio Chimida is an ideal base for exploring this lovely old town and is also well located for visiting the whole of the island. Yes, it’s a studio, but it’s large and comfortable, very well equipped, and quiet - perfect for a couple who want a peaceful getaway without being remote. Our second visit and, I hope, not the last.

The perfect studio in a very nice town

The Studio is clean, lightfull, cozy, and there is a plenty of attention to every detail. The owner, Morena, is kind and available to any need you may need. Teguise is a very nice place to stay, not only for its central location. Very recommended. Thank you, Morena!

Schöne Wohnung am Rande der Stadt

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Leider konnten wir die schöne Terrasse nicht so nutzen wie gewollt .... der Regen :-(. Aber Abends mal eben ins Zentrum Essen gehen oder Sonntags auf den Markt .. ohne Parkplatzsuche ... war schon prima. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Lage

Eines meiner schönsten und ruhigsten Unterkünfte überhaupt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett.sie reagiert und antwortet sofort,wenn man ein Problem hat. Die Aussicht und die Lage ist perfekt um die Insel zu erkunden, allerdings ist dazu ein Auto notwendig. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste mal.

Studio charmant pour couple

Petit studio à 2 min à pied du centre de Teguise. Grand lit confortable, cuisine bien équipée, grande salle de bain, et belle terrasse spacieuse avec vue dégagée sur le sud ouest de l'île. Parfait emplacement calme pour visiter l'île sans être dans une station balnéaire bondée. La ville a plein de petits restaurants sympa, et de petites boutiques. Bref, je recommande le séjour au Studio Chimida !

Joli studio à proximité entre ville de Teguise. Point central sur l'île.
