Brand new two bedroom two bathroom, one en-suite apartment with kitchen / lounge open plan with a top quality sofa bed . The lounge and both bedrooms having an amazing front line beach view . A fully equipped kitchen with dining table for up to six and dishwasher . The terrace is 8 metres wide and has dining for six , plus sitting area all lit by wonderful led lighting. Brand new 50” tv with all global channels.
Free wifi also included.
Situated on the first floor with a panoramic view of the Mar Menor. It benefits from 2 lifts and underground secured allocated parking ( no 44 )
The complex benefits from a large communal area which is secure and has a large beach style pool with jacuzzi and lockers,also gym, volleyball, children’s play area, bird watching area, outdoor communal/ function kitchen area ,pétanque, undercover area with charging points.

Supermarkets and various restaurants and beach bars with walking distances.
Beach bar just right in the front of the building.

Walking distance to La Manga Strip and 3 km to Capo de Palos.
5 km to La Manga clubs faimos for its golf courses.
30 km to the historic town of Cartagena and Murcia which is worth it to visit.

We stayed in this apartment for 8 days, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was very cozy, and the living area was bright and relaxing — it really felt like a home away from home.The location was excellent — it's very nice to relax relax and unwind. The view is stunning and place is peaceful and quiet at night. Communication with the host Mariana was easy and friendly; they were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Absolutely gorgeous property! Perfectly described, amazing location.We travelled with a 2 and a 12 year old - who both enjoyed their stay as much as each other. A 2 min walk to the beach along with a park and pool. Oh and my partner especially loved the TV!!The host is super! They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Check in and check out we’re completely hassle free.May I add the air con is brilliant! You barely need it on!!

Bester Urlaub ever ☺️ Wir waren 12 Nächte da und haben jeden Tag genossen! Aufteilung der Wohnung und die ganze Anlage waren sehr schön und toll für Familien mit Kindern, auch mit kleineren Kindern sehr zu empfehlen! Es war unser 3 Besuch in dieser Ecke, bzw. In der Nähe von la Manga, dieser Aufenthalt war bisher der beste 👍 danke!!! Auch an Roberto der uns sehr nett in die Wohnung gebracht hat, danke!

Super vacance à Cartagene

Nous avons passé 2 semaines géniales à Caratagene. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié, l'appartement de part sa luminosité et vue impressionnante. Les prestations offertes : salles de sport, piscine, jeux balançoire pour enfants, accès parking sous terrain ont été apprécié par tous. L'appartement en lui même était agréable et nous avons apprécié, la climatisation ainsi que sa grande terrasse. En terme de proximité, nous étions à peine à 500 mètre de la plage Paraiso et nous avions le choix de différentes plages sur la Mar menor ( plusieurs plages accessibles à à peine 10 minutes en voitures). Nous avons pu profiter des villes voisines, Los ALCAZARES, Torrevieja, ORIHUELA. Nous avons pu aller nous baigner à la plage de Cablanque, et la crique de Cortina. Nous gardons un super souvenir de nos vacances et apprécions l'accueil de Mariana et Roberto !!!Nous recommandons la région et surtout l'appartement.
