This impressive villa with private pool (9.5m x 4 m with ladder - depth 0.9m to 1.5m) is situated a prime position in the superb and secluded Sea Caves area and only few minutes drive (5-6min) to the Coral Bay main street. It offers complete privacy due to its extensive mature gardens and banana plantation and is found only 300 meters to the sea and in short walk (2-3 min) to local taverns and pubs.

Outside: are the private swimming pool (9m x 5m) with the terrace, the furnished patio area with the wooden pergola, the BBQ, the paved area with an outdoor seating for 10 guests, the pool table and table tennis and football table. Immediately surrounding the villa are carefully landscaped areas abundant with palm and banana trees as well as colourful flowers. It offers wi-fi.

Downstairs: are the sitting and dining areas (with the fireplace for winter months), the fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom en-suite. A guest toilet is also located on this level.

Upstairs: are the remaining 4 bedrooms, 2 double and 2 twin, all ensuite and all with balconies with views of the banana groves and Med Sea, the one twin offers views of the mountains. The bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning which can be used for either cooling or heating (cost included in the prices). Two safety deposit boxes are available. A utility room is found on this level where the washing machine is installed.
