Overview
Villa Xenios Dias is located in Argaka, Paphos District. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 12 people (10 Adults and 2 Children) with 5 Bedrooms and 5
Bathrooms. There is a private pool with barbecue and Sea views. Walking
distance to the Beach and Restaurants.

A lounge, kitchen, dining area, and bedroom with en suite are all
located on the ground level. The first floor has four bedrooms, each
with an en suite bathroom.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,

Had a wonderful stay, literally just landed after 2 weeks stay. We all really enjoyed our stay and the villa really worked for our large extended family. We were advised of who to call if we had any issues, we ran out of gas a couple of days before the end of our holiday and the gas was replaced within an hour so you literally couldn’t do anymore. As with previous reviews, the interior is a little tired and could do with a refurb/spruce, but this didn’t detract from our enjoyment, so much so it is very much a possibility that we will return next year.

Large property, good size rooms. Good outdoor space, clean and tidy and plenty of amenities for cooking. Few issues with the wildlife but its expected, slight pigeon issue and ants meant that the only safe place was the fridge but it was a huge so no issues.

It is very nice property with great outdoor facilities. We had great fun with our special birthday day celebration. The swimming pool is excellent. And the outdoor catering facilities were well used.We had a couple of issues but Agni travel and Mr Singh sorted them out.

Villa was superb. It was huge and even better equipped than advertised with pool towels and tumble dryer available. Four poster bed in the massive master bedroom wasn't even pictured on the website and was fantastic. Views of the sea were amazing. Views of the mountains just as good. Loved it

We had a great time in the Villa Xenios in Cyprus. The garden is wonderful designed and full of flowers and fruits. The houseboy Singh was very friendly and helpful. He invited us for a homemade Greek dinner which was cooked by the Aunt of the owner. We found everything we needed in the house. We are really happy to spend our holidays with Agni travel in the Villa Xenios.

Holiday with friends and four kids

We stayed at Villa Xenios for a week in July and had a lovely time. The outside facilities are fantastic and the house very spacious. All in all we don't have much to fault but one big negative was that there were no basics provided, such as salt, olive oil, dishwashing soap, etc. We had to buy everything and it put us off from cooking there ourselves. The town of Argaka is very relaxed with a few nice restaurants in walking distance from the house. We would definitely visit again.

Family Holiday

We stayed at the villa for 6 nights (family of 9 adults and one child). Outside area is great, plenty of seating around the villa. Well kept garden with pools were the highlights of our stay. Plenty of sunloungers, however there weren't any umbrellas. I would recommend to bring your own pool floats or purchase them once you get to the villa as there isn't anything provided. The inside of the villa seems a little tired and could do with the refresh, especially bedroom towels, sheets etc. Matrasses are rock solid and by the end of our stay we all had aches and pains. No hairdryer provided. The kitchen is well equipped, it has brand new double door fridge with crushed /normal ice option, there is also a toaster, coffee filter, stove. The villa could do with more wine glasses as it only had couple of normal sized ones the rest - very small. There are also couple of plastic cups, which are to be used by the pool, but again it's not enough for 10 people.Wifi seemed to work fine on the ground floor and covered the outside, however it wasn't reaching the bedrooms upstairs. Because the booking is done through an agency, there is lack of personal touch. No welcome box, no essentials like soap in bathrooms, no replacement bin bags for changing toilet and kitchen bins, no washing up liquid and only one toilet roll per bathroom provided. Would recommend people have a hire car for this location, although plenty of nice bars and coffe shops within walking distance.Overall giving 4/5

The pool area was fantastic for entertaining and the children thoroughly enjoyed it. The property was completely safe and the outside dining area out the back was great for al fresco dining - the fans are a brilliant addition. A great villa and a great holiday.

This villa was above and beyond. When we arrived there were beautiful fresh flowers in vases that were handpicked from the garden laid on the tables and in some of the bedrooms, bread, milk and fruit....everything was so homey - you could feel that special touch when you arrived in the villa. Apart from it being spotlessly clean, you could tell that someone had taken those extra few moments to add something special. The bedrooms were expansive, comfortable with cozy fleece blankets. The kitchen was equipped with literally anything you could think of. There was a separate washroom with a huge washing machine and dryer (probably 10kg size). I personally dont think the interior pictures of the villa on the website fully show the beauty of the villa interiors. The staircase when you come in is magnificent - you feel like youre in a palace; you cant see this in the pictures on the website. Whatever you see on the website - the villa is way more. The gardens were spectacular - spacious, blossoming flowers, orchards around, huge grass area and of course the childrens pool which was an added bonus. The separate cooking area outside was also a bonus. The gardens literally smelt of a perfumery - beautiful blossoming flowers all around. There is a path from opposite the villa that leads to the beach in 3 minutes. We simply loved, loved the villa - it was very hard to part. If asked to rate it I would give an EXCELLENT ++++++.

Better than the description, lovely surprise. Could not fault the villa. Perfect location and the facilities were more than we ever hoped for. The welcome pack of bread, milk, wine etc was much appreciated especially as we didnt arrive until late. None of us wanted to leave. We will definitely be back

Overall Id rate Villa Xenios Dias as a 4 star. We travelled with 4 small children and 4 adults and had a brilliant time. The rooms are huge and each has an en suite, the outside space is fantastic with both pools being big and the kids loved the small pool and spent pretty much every day there. The local area is very quiet just a couple of restaurants and an ice cream place. getting to them shouldve been really simple but they were repairing the road so you had to go across a building site (not great with kids). The local beach was almost empty and is just a strip next to the road, its also quite windy so we spent almost all our time at the villa. Theres plenty of fixed shade and loads of places to eat outside with no less than 5 tables dotted around the house, under trees or by the pool so you can always find somewhere to eat comfortably. There werent many flying insects which was great, no mosquitos and the occasional fly, but there are a few cats, we kept them at bay with some water squirters, Im not against cats but they can be pretty bold and will nick food from the table if its left unsupervised. The inside of the villa is really spacious, it was obviously build to a very high spec originally, Miele appliances, washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room and plenty of cooking stuff and a big American fridge freezer but its showing its age a bit. The rooms are huge and all have en-suite, the water pressure isnt that great and you need to press the boost for hot water, theres also no plugs in the baths of you are trying to bathe young children. We mixed it up and showered inside and outside under the stars which was really special and my 3.5 yr old loved it :) They provide pool towels which is a bonus (the Agni website says they dont but they do). We travelled in early September and the weather was mid 30s every day. Remember they drive on the left and use English plugs so no need for adapters. The outside space is great for entertaining, we had another family over taking the total to 6 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone, we made pizzas in the oven (we ordered dough from the local bakery which is 5 mins drive away) and used the big BBQ spit. Sundowners at the outdoor bar were also cool, you can watch the sunset from the balconies too. Overall Id say we would go back but really its just for the house and the value and not for the local area as its quite rural and not hugely pretty. As an FYI theres a wedding venue down the road and on both Saturday nights we were there they had big fireworks displays and live music. For the adults no issue but with youngsters it could be an issue.

Well maintained and the service was excellent! The facilities at the villa were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The pool and BBQ were used extensively and the large outdoor space was a real bonus. The only minus point was the cats that were around the property.

Rested a large family. With children from two years. It was the 5th visit to this Villa. Everybody loved it. Children love to swim in the small pool. We played football on the grass. We stayed at the Villa for four weeks. When it came time to leave, everyone wanted to stay even longer.

We love the location, the villa is beautiful as are the pools and garden. We have had the best time here, a family of 12 for our daughters wedding at Limni Dock. The Flyaway bar has been amazing, sorted the wedding neal for us and service was great. Taxi services have been efficient and friendly and hire cars great. We will return, as a couple to Polis area, but obviously in a smaller house. Overall, brilliant. Bryan
