On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming hall, a spacious living/dining room, a well-appointed kitchen, a convenient laundry room, and a bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted into a super king bed upon request. This bedroom also provides direct access to the pool terrace and features an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be transformed into super king beds, and their own en-suite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms includes a sofa bed suitable for a child. Completing the ground floor is a bedroom with a luxurious super king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The 15th and 16th guests would be accommodated on extra fold-away beds



Descending to the lower level of the villa, you'll discover a fantastic games room equipped with table tennis and a foosball table, ensuring hours of entertainment for guests of all ages. Additionally, there is a twin bedroom, which can be converted into a super king bed, with a comfortable sofa bed, garden access, and an en-suite bathroom.



The villa offers a range of additional facilities to enhance your stay, including a heated private swimming pool measuring 10 x 5 meters with depths ranging from 1 to 1.65 meters (heating available for an extra fee), Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning in the bedrooms (excluding the downstairs bedroom), a TV/DVD/CD entertainment system, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, hair dryers, and heating options (additional costs may apply).
