The apartment is situated on the first line of the beach. It has a nice terrace with sea views.

The building has direct access to the promenade and has free Wifi.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Separate fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, juice squeezer, mixer, oven, microwave, washing machine, water kettle, iron and ironing board...

It has capacity for 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children, as it has a sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels. It also has air conditioning with central heat pump throughout the apartment. It has satellite television with channels as CHANNEL 4, CHANNEL 5, ITV1, ITV3, BBC1 WALES, BBC2 WALES, CNN, CNBC, SONLIFE, BLOOMBERG and BBC WORLD NEWS.

The building has an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols for the summer months and a heated swimming pool open from October to May. Both have free access for our clients.

You have the option of renting an outdoor parking space or garage for an additional cost.

Great location with standard accommodation

A recommendation from my side is to provide hand soap in the bathroom as when people arrive late at night (as we did) they cannot go out to buy soap and the bare minimum people want to be able to do is to wash their hands properly.

Everything very clean -excellent Would have preferred bin emptying & bedding & towels changed by housekeeping -we had to do that for 2 weeks. Otherwise excellent & white goods pristine.

In addition we provide clean bed linen and bath towels every week, as well as kitchen towels, but we do not have a cleaning service like in hotels. However, extra cleaning can be arranged on request. El lavaplato nuevo era top! La gran terraza es el lugar mas importante, nos gusta mucho. La distribucion de toallas, sabanas... no es muy claro. Molesta siempre preguntar.

Todo ha sido estupendo: la atención, el alojamiento, la ubicación, la limpieza... Incluso una cisterna dejó de funcionar y mientras estábamos de paseo vinieron a arreglarla. ¡Un diez! Tuvieron un detallito con mis peques y otro con mis perritos, son encantadores. Poco se me ocurre, sinceramente. Tal vez mejorar un poco la señalización si llegas por la Avenida Juan Carlos I, pero nada importante. Estaba todo estupendamente.

Todo en general el apartamento por dentro muy bien los muebles y el menaje muy bonitos y las vistas preciosas. Lo único el colchón de matrimonio que estaba un poco blando y el sofá muy ultilizado. Lo demás todo bien.

Lugar privilegiado. Magníficas vistas, cerca de cualquier servicio. Es necesario lograr que el bar Tequila respete el descanso. Música muy alta que hace que la estancia en este gran apartamento no sea agradable. Es la primera vez que nos pasa en los 9 años que llevamos veraneando en hipocampos

Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Las habitaciones grandes y las camas muy cómodas. Sería un detalle dejar la televisión configurada con el idioma del inquilino que va a entrar no con el idioma del inquilino anterior. En mi caso estaba la TV en Alemán y la verdad que nos costó un poco dar con la solución.
